"Sprezzatura is an Italian concept meaning “effortless style,” and Bar Dough’s got that in spades. The menu here, directed by Top Chef fan favorite Carrie Baird, changes with the seasons, but the creativity doesn’t. Craving a burger? Perhaps you’ll get a patty of unctuous braised beef belly instead of chuck or ground round, onion caramel instead of ketchup, and arugula instead of lettuce, plus sliced chiles and a fried egg on top. Hankering something sweet; say, Nutella on brioche toast?
