With winter just around the corner, Seolleongtang is the perfect dish to keep you nice and toasty. If you’re looking for a spot to go to we’d reccomend Gahwa in Flushing. They specialize in Seollengtang, but have many other dishes on the menu like Yukgaejang and Jokbal. I also really really liked their kimchi here, which we found out they sell to go!
