Hi-Lawn comes from restaurateurs Greg Algie and Nathan Beauchamp (Tiger Fork, Calico) and Paul Carlson (The Royal, Lulu’s Winegarden). They just recently opened up The Dome DC on the rooftop, with seasonal menus and immersive art (or college basketball games) projected overhead on the 360-degree walls of the dome.
