"A new outpost from the founders of Local Coffee in San Antonio is planned for 2639 Main Street in Deep Ellum, featuring a modern, light-filled design by restaurant designer Michael Hsu with warm woods, white powder‑coated steel and navy accents. Construction is expected to begin next month with an anticipated opening sometime in February. The shop will serve small-batch beans roasted by the owners' Merit Roasting Company; no menu has been released yet, but customers can likely expect a standard lineup of espresso-based drinks.
