"Set to open in late 2024 at 1912 East Seventh Street to replace the outgoing butcher-restaurant, this retail butcher shop and market will specialize in local, pastured meats sourced from farms using regenerative practices and will carry produce, eggs, grains, cheeses, Gulf seafood, and sauces and spices from Austin restaurants. It plans to work with some of the prior vendors—such as Peaceful Pork, Greener Pastures Chicken, and Farm to Table TX—will not include a restaurant component, and intends to operate roughly 10 a.m.–8 p.m. daily.
