"This Las Vegas Strip property is one of eight MGM locations covered by a tentative five-year agreement with the Culinary Workers Union Local 226 that union officials called historic. The pact, which still requires ratification, reportedly includes unprecedented wage increases, reductions in guest-room attendant workloads, mandated daily room cleanings, increased safety protections, expanded contract language around technology and AI, and protections allowing unionized workers to support non-union staff seeking to unionize.
