"James Kent and his team have signed a lease for a 7,000-square-foot space at 360 Park Avenue South (at East 26th Street) to open a new fine-dining seafood restaurant that has not yet been named; the menu will focus on seafood as a nod to a family houseboat Kent spent summers on, former Crown Shy executive sous chef Danny Garcia will join the kitchen alongside pastry chef Renata Ameni, Kent is aiming to open by spring 2024, this is his first solo project under SAGA Hospitality after decoupling from Jeff Katz, and the space is being designed by Modellus Novus." - Emma Orlow
