We would know—we can’t mention salads in this town without someone recommending Goop Kitchen, a takeout and delivery operation with four LA-area ghost kitchens. A “Goop-Certified Clean” salad or bowl and side here will run you about $25, roughly the same as comparable spots like Sweetgreen, Kreation, or Erewhon. If you don’t mind giving up the option to dine in for the sake of convenience, these salads get the job done. Hit a few buttons on your phone and you can have a colorful cobb salad delivered with a jammy orange-yolk egg, golden beets, and punchy dijon vinaigrette.
