"Frankies 457 is a Carroll Gardens staple and is representative of the neighborhood's old school Italian roots paired with the youngsters who have recently flocked to this part of New York. The result is a restaurant with truly classic Italian dishes and a diverse crowd. Many a celebrities have been sighted by us here and many more glasses of wine have been drunk.
