It has an old world charm and feels like it’s been there since the Chicago fire, but it was established in 1985. It's always crowded, but a good kind of crowded with great people. The enormous front windows are almost always open, where you can sit on stools and watch the action on Lincoln Ave. During Lincoln Square’s two festivals, Maifest and Octoberfest, this bar becomes a focal point of the festivities.
