On the Grid : Kimchi Grill

"Oh man, do we love this place. Thank you, founder Phillip Lee, for wanting to share your love for Korean food and make the cuisine accessible to the people, far and wide. VOILA - the Kimchi Taco Truck! After a year of being mobile and selling their yummy tacos out of a truck window, Kimchi Grill opened its first storefront location on Washington Avenue. Their menu includes street food staples such as tacos, burritos, as well as their very own, "Tofu Edamame Falafel Taco" - a delicious vegetarian option. It's ALL good but our favorite is the BBQ Nachos with marinated Korean BBQ beef & spicy seared pork, queso blanco, cheddar, black beans, fresh kimchi, pico de gallo, green onion and miso crema. WOW." - Aki Carpenter & Chris Huban
