This was a bad experience from the start. My wife made reservations for us and there were two plates of fish already sitting out (we were 10 minutes early and they were already out). The hostess and chef were arguing loudly the whole time. We shared the sushi set meal and sake. Overall it was okay. We sat right at the kitchen, which was unorganized but it didn't trigger anything in our minds when we sat. But then... We were watching the sushi chef prepare some salmon and he then answered the phone with his fish hands. And then went back to preparing the fish. Then the phone again! That got us noticing all the other things that were really unsanitary. The fish tank looked disgusting. The final straw was when we asked our server to check out, he (the sushi chef) actually cashed us out! Without waking his hands. He handed me back some yen as my change and he got little fish bits on my hand. It was honestly pretty horrifying. Do not eat here. Unfortunately, we saw the reviews after eating there, and this isn't just us! Skip it!

Unsanitary. I guess “out of sight, out of mind” is the mentality for a gross kitchen. I made a reservation online for 2 for me and my husband. We have been traveling all over Japan for the last two weeks and we found securing a reservation was easier than just walking into a place for food. At first, the food seemed fine, but then we saw behind the kitchen and it was so so gross. Everything is messy and unclean. Raw fish and raw meat were just sitting out. The main chef cashed out my husband with the same hands he used to cut the raw salmon… touching everything with raw fish all over his hands. When he picked up his remaining yen, there was pieces of fish in the coins. Honestly, dangerous for customers!

予約サイトの写真よりかなり古い感じがしました。 予約した席と違っていたので変更をお願いしたら変えてもらえましたがこっちが悪いみたいな対応でした。 他の方の口コミどおり、あまり感じのいい対応ではありませんが、料理は普通に美味しかったです。お皿がかけてる物がありましたけど。す

平日のランチにたまに行きます。 ランチの場合、お店の前に日替わりランチの2種類と通常メニューが出てるので決めてから入った方が注文がスムーズです。 日替わりランチはこのご時世800円で美味しいです。 最後にコーヒーも出てきます。 お店は入ったらすぐに靴を脱ぎますので、土足でそのまま入らないようにして下さい。 少々無愛想なギャルに席に案内されると(愛想のいい人もいる)メニューを渡される事もなくすぐに「ご注文は？」と聞かれます。 注文が決まってない人はメニュー下さいというと持ってきてもらえますが、日替わりランチはメニューには載っていません。 日替わりは毎日お肉とお魚の2種類、他定食メニューがあり、私はステーキ丼か日替わりを注文する事が多いです。 ご飯は少し少なめで、プラス100円で大盛りにする事も可能。 一度私も大盛りで頼んだら想像以上に大盛りで食べるのに苦労したので、女性に大盛りは多いかも。 プラス50円で「少し大盛り」作って欲しい。 ランチは現金かPayPayのみ。クレジットは夜しか使えないみたいです。 大将のおっちゃんや若いバイト？の子の接客は期待しないで下さい。 でもランチは安くて美味しいので、これからもお世話になります。

お昼時に利用しました。 初めてきた店ですが、お昼時はさすがに混んでました。店内には、靴を脱いで入ります。 一番奥の座敷に通されました。 なかなかメニューが来なかったので、お願いしたら若い店員さんが少し嫌な顔で対応されてたのが、ちょっとなって感じでした。 無難な日替わり定食を注文。驚いたのがなんと、７００円！安い！ とんかつ定食でした。値段の割に小皿が多いです。味もサラリーマン好みですね。最後にホットコーヒーまで出てくる始末。 味も値段も種類も、全てが問題ない店舗でした。 後は接客さえ良ければ………。

父の還暦祝いで利用させてもらいました。ケーキの持ち込みやサプライズ演出まで忙しい中やって頂いてホントに感謝です！料理もホントに美味しくてビックリしました！父も美味しいと喜んでくれて嬉しい気持ちいっぱいでした！ちなみにタバコも吸えてラッキーでした笑 これで七千円コースは安いです！！

お客さまと夜の会食で利用したのですが、最悪でした、予約の時間より少し前（１５～２０分）の１８時４０分頃着いたのですが、他の客が全く居ないにも関わらず、部屋の準備は全くできておらず、玄関先で５分以上待たされました。 料理自体は悪くはなかったのですが、仲居の若い女性（アルバイト？）１名と厨房に若い男性の１～２名でやっているように見えましたが、女性のほうは手際が非常に悪く、会計を頼んでも遅く、客商売をやるような教育を受けていないようでした。会計金額も客の前で出してくるし、最悪でした。もう２度と使いません。
