Unsanitary. I guess “out of sight, out of mind” is the mentality for a gross kitchen. I made a reservation online for 2 for me and my husband. We have been traveling all over Japan for the last two weeks and we found securing a reservation was easier than just walking into a place for food. At first, the food seemed fine, but then we saw behind the kitchen and it was so so gross. Everything is messy and unclean. Raw fish and raw meat were just sitting out. The main chef cashed out my husband with the same hands he used to cut the raw salmon… touching everything with raw fish all over his hands. When he picked up his remaining yen, there was pieces of fish in the coins. Honestly, dangerous for customers!
