Gayang Kalguksu Beoseot Maeuntang

A good place to visit if you’re around Yeido and you like spicy kalguksu - it’s super cheap with unlimited type of ‘buffet’ with the rice, noodles, and veggies. You can add meet for an additional price which I definetely recommend. However the day we went was quite busy so once we arrived we were left unattended for around 15 min which was a bummer because we saw empty seats that hadn’t been picked up. However the the food was good as a last meal before leaving Korea in case you like spicy!

KulGukSu noodles with mushrooms, as soon as you come to the restaurant the staff will bring you a pot that have mushrooms, sliced potatoes, and red sauce inside if you don’t like too much sauce you can hurry up take it away before it melt, you will get a bowl of noodles (the noodles sliced bigger than normal) and a bowl of rice with raw egg, seaweed and vegetables, eat the soup in the pot than add noodles you can help yourself to get extra mushrooms and Minari (water celery) they have a station you can get mushroom and Minari as much as you want. After finish the soup your pot almost empty then add the rice then it’s time to eat your Bokum Bab. Kimchi not spicy taste good, service here is so so. I have to find the tissue box by myself you have to get water jar and cup yourself. The parking here is really tight space.

Not exaggerating when I call this the best food I had on my recent trip to Seoul. There is only one dish on the menu - and it is an experience. Everything is incredibly delicious, from the veggies to the soup and of course especially the handmade noodles. Very fun to make fried rice with the left over broth as well. Can highly recommend checking this place out!

Pretty good. You can have one of the true local food in this restaurant. All you can eat mushrooms and parsley and noodle and so on.

You can have a minari party! All you can eat minari and mushrooms. But you have to additionally order dishes of beef shaubushabu

Delish!!!! Noodles are thick and chewy. Broth has a little spice but not so much people can't eat it (to me). You can help yourself to more mushrooms and veggies, and they give you rice for porridge at the end!!

For anyone who is wondering if the broth is meat/seafood-based, I just called the store to ask and the lady said it's just a veggie broth. You do have the option to add meat, which is what we ended up doing. Decent price + generous portions, thanks to the self-bar where you can get more mushrooms and noodles

The mushrooms in kalguksu are very chewy, so it's delicious. The noodles are very chewy and strong. Stir-fried rice is also good because it is unlimited, but once you eat fried rice, you feel full.
