The reason I’m so deeply fond of this place is that, while most people look for atmosphere, hospitality, comfort, and a pleasant space, here you experience something closer to awe in a single cup of coffee. It feels like traveling to the origin itself through the cup.

Without exaggeration, I believe this is the finest roastery café in Seoul when it comes to pushing single-origin coffee to its most extreme and expressive interpretation.
