Absolutely breathtaking! My stay in Seychelles was nothing short of paradise. The hotel was nestled in a stunning location with crystal-clear waters, white sandy beaches, and lush tropical surroundings. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and offered incredible ocean views. Service was impeccable—friendly staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. The food was fresh and delicious, with plenty of local seafood and international options. The spa and wellness facilities were top-notch, making relaxation effortless. Whether you’re looking for adventure or tranquility, this hotel has it all. Already dreaming of coming back!

This is definitely one of the best resorts I have been to. The staff are super nice, big thanks to Yasmina from the front desk. She was very welcoming and extremely helpful. Make sure to have your breakfast on the terrace of the main restaurant, breathtaking views. The resort is quite, calm, and very secluded. It is a perfect spot for honeymoon or a romantic getaway. Each villa comes with a private swimming pool and some villas have private jacuzzi as well. The attention to detail is incredible with Banyan Tree. The ocean view villas offer spectacular views of the Indian ocean. Even from your toilet you get breathtaking views. The beach villas provide direct access to the beach with less views. Mind that this is resort is on the southern area of the island, so the beach is a little bit rough with high waves. There is also a main infinity pool, which we usually used from after breakfast till noon. The hotel is also close to the Four Seasons hotel, which has a nice casino and some further dining options.

4 days of paradise. My husband booked this as a surprise birthday holiday for me and from first contact the staff were brilliant in helping him set up the surprise he wanted.||||We stayed in villa 304, a Sanctuary Ocean View Pool Villa. This was in March, just before coronavirus changed the world. The villa was amazing, the view wherever you were within the room, bathroom, pool, jacuzzi or sun deck was stunning. It was also totally private. The only little niggle was the poor wifi signal. We loved our stay here. ||||Intendance beach was quiet and we enjoyed walking up and down it most days. ||||The food was excellent. We ate in the Saffron and Au Jardin d'Epices restaurants, had the beach dining and the cook in your own villa experiences. The service from the staff was exceptional for both experiences. We sat outside for breakfast each day overlooking the beach and sea. Service for breakfast was hit and miss, but the food itself was great and it didn’t stop our enjoyment. We only drank in the Rum Shack once, but enjoyed it. ||||It’s well worth visiting the Wildlife Conservation and Rehabilitation Centre to see the giant tortoises. The staff there were really passionate about what they were doing.||||We mostly chose to walk around the resort, but there is a buggy service to get you to wherever you want on the resort. Another small niggle, on our last morning the buggy we had prebooked didn’t turn up to get us and our luggage as planned. While this intitally caused us a bit of a panic, we realised when we got to the airport we needn’t have worried. Mahé airport is so laid back, there was no need to get there 3 hours before to check in.||||All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in villa 304, the only significant negative was that we had to leave! Especially when we found out what we were coming home to!||||It is without doubt the best room we have ever stayed in! ||||We hired a car to get around, which was well worth it. While the island is small, the roads mean that it takes longer than you expect to get from a to b. ||We drove around most of the island. For us, aside from Intendance our favourite beaches were Cap Ternay, Barbarons, Carana, Port Laney and especially Police Bay.||||Highly recommend this place to stay.

Amazing experience!! I wouldn't ask for more When we arrived the hotel gave us an upgrade to beach villa The villa is very clean and we'll designed, it had a private swimming pool, jacuzzi as well, and access to the beach directly from the villa. Breakfast was included, we tried the moroccan restaurant and the hotel main restaurant. They offer different cuisine everyday in the main hotel restaurant, food there is unforgettable, so delicious and various, every single thing we had was really so yummy. The hotel is very safe and secured. People are so nice and kind. We had couple massage at the spa, that you must do. Very professional and relaxing not forgetting to mention the view 😍😍 I strongly recommend Banyan Tree 👌🏼

Recently stayed in this wonderful hotel for 2 weeks total relaxation. Not being the most modern hotel this hotel has wonderful warmth and charm which suits me compared to larger more contemporary establishments. From the wonderful pool villas with extremely comfortable beds/bed linen to the great restaurants and food. All staff, without exception were amazing and so friendly.|Although didn’t use the Spa facilities did have a manicure & charming Manicurist Vira gave me the best manicure I’ve had.|Nothing in this hotel is cheap but I was happy to accept this in view of the excellent quality of the food service etc. A big thanks to the staff and management! Once the Corona virus allows would love to return to this hotel.

Magnificent place, totally isolated, direct access to most beautiful beach of Seychelles, only 60 villas with private infinity pool and jacuzzi with breathtaking views. Ideal place for honeymooner.. rooms are so comfortables and quites, staff is skilled, only the food is a problem, very modest breakfast, 2 restaurants open out of 3, one of them is fine dining. Overall experience is excellent and strongly recommend to pass few days in this paradise.

The best location, views and beach on the island! An amazing hotel in the middle of a tropical forest on one of the nicest beaches in the world! The SPA is a dream, on top of the waves, in the middle of the forest, open to hear it all and sense what you’ve never sensed before... in a SPA! Can’t say enough about the views and secluded area and amazing nature, the attached pictures speak louder! HOWEVER! The service level is poor, very poor! From bad maintenance of the rooms, slow internet connection, to buggies never coming to pick you from your villa, to toilets not working, water breakage, in room dining forgetting things, reception staff unreliable, restaurant staff too slow and unprofessional, ... they apologize but do nothing about it... The hotel manager was very kind and did her best to relieve us in different ways, she knew about the issues and seems working on a solution. Would I go there again? It breaks my heart to say NO to those views, beach and SPA, but as long as the service level doesn’t improve, I believe this hotel is overpriced for what you pay for, precisely when it comes to the expected service from a 5* hotel.

Nice location. Hotel is old and looks used and a bit grubby. The worst is there are rats all over. We had two in front of our pool villa both dying of I assume rat poison. Asking the front desk to remove the dead rat took them over one hour. The overall service is very slow. One highlight is the spa area. Great massages but very expensive. Resume: not worth the money. I expected more from a Banyan Tree Hotel. I am not going their again.
