This is my second time dining at this restaurant, and I absolutely love it. The entire experience has been nothing short of excellent — from the delicious food and attentive service to the stunning ambiance and breathtaking views of Singapore. I would also like to give special thanks to the hostess, Era. I had a minor mishap with my shoe, and she was incredibly quick and kind in assisting me. Her helpfulness truly added to the wonderful experience.

Excellent experience, wonderful service, delicious high tea. The perfect amount of food for 2 people. Absolutely mouthwatering and immaculately presented. Definitely would recommend.

Went there for high tea last week and the food was awesome! The view overlooking Marina Bay Sands is stunning — truly one of the best in the city. The service from the manager, Keesha, was especially thoughtful and fantastic; I really appreciated her kindness and attention to detail, which made the experience feel so special, even though that day the waiter could have been better trained. Overall, it was a wonderful afternoon. I was so impressed that I came back today for dinner at their affiliated restaurant, Kaarla which is just right beside each other — and once again, it was exceptional. Manager Keesha created such an inviting and elegant atmosphere and took great care of us with her warm, attentive, and professional service. Her dedication turned an ordinary evening into something truly memorable. She made my friend’s birthday celebration extra special, and I really appreciated all her efforts and thoughtful gestures. Vanessa, our waitress, also provided great service — she was attentive and friendly throughout the evening. We managed to catch the fireworks today — and wow, the MBS view was truly awesome! It’s rare to find a place where the view, food, and heartfelt service come together so seamlessly. I highly recommend this spot to my friends and anyone looking for a special dining experience. I’ll definitely be back again!

Charm served us and she was wonderful; attentive, helpful, warm personality! Enjoyed the dishes everyone of them, had a distinct taste, great use of herbs and cooked to perfection example, salmon moist and tasty. Awesome views from up here! The night lights were pretty. Thank you so much great place to have a birthday with good friend!

Had a lovely time for my mum’s birthday. Food was plated impressively beside a nice window view. Charm provided us with excellent and cheerful service. Some of the desserts were tiny bit too sweet. Great otherwise.

Excellent service from Charm and the high tea set was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious, with a great variety of flavors. Perfect for a relaxing afternoon. Highly recommended!

View is spectacular and the service we received from Charm was professional, knowledgeable and warm. Our experience at this venue will be remembered warmly for many years. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone about to come here xx.
