Attended a wedding here today and the food was actually really good! The waiting staff were all very polite, attentive and accommodating. The layout of the place was slightly weird and a bit squeezy, with not much room to mingle. The view here is quite nice during sunset, and even better once the lights come up at night. Do note that the place can get quite hot from around 12pm–5.30pm, as it’s on the top floor and surrounded by glass. The easiest way to get here is to go to the 4th floor of ION Orchard, enter the art gallery, and take the lift up to the 55th floor.

Did reservation for lunch high tea today for our 8th anniversary. The booking website have this choice where you place your photo so that they are able to recognize you when you come, so we did that. Arrive about 5mins past 1pm and reached the front counter and told the staff that we had a reservation,she asked us for our names then proceeded to joke around that if she gave us the nicer view table we will have to spend more than $50 per person, good start but not neccessary i feel, but at least she took the effort. So the photo we sent for reservation wasnt neccessary as they wont look at it and will still ask for your name. View was nice, we asked for chips and another staff taking our order bluntly said no we dont have. I told her you have fish n chips but i cant order chips, she said no. I told her please check with your chef as i would just like an order of chips on top of the 2 sets of high tea. She came back and said ok. Perhaps could improve on staff responses towards customers since a bowl of chips is $14++. The counter lady came back with a cake n candle complimentary. It was almost 3pm when another staff came with the bill suddenly and said here is the bill and we need the table by 3pm as another reservation are on their way. Ok, perhaps a really GOOD TRAINING SESSION FOR ALL STAFF on how to interact with customer is neccessary at this point of time. Food was not that great, well except for the chips of course and my coffee as i ordered twice. Also some of the food is not available as the staff said that because there is a wedding so the food is unavailable. Well you could have told us earlier when the whatsapp confirmation was done right? With the kind of standard you are potraying, perhaps either the food or service should be good, but neither are.

Celebrated my birthday here. Service was great… atmosphere was nice. The food is not bad but only the short ribs was a pleasant surprise🥰

Extremely disappointed with the Christmas Afternoon Tea. It was grossly overpriced for the poor quality and presentation, and completely unfitting for a restaurant at ION. Everything looked extremely unappealing. The consommé was lumpy, the panna cotta was completely liquid, and the waffle crisp was soggy. The scones were misleadingly described as being served with roasted peach compote. There was no compote at all. When we asked, the waiter claimed the scone was “glazed” with peach compote, but there was no visible glaze or flavour whatsoever. Further, the food took around 30 minutes to arrive, which made no sense given the state it was served in. For a festive afternoon tea at a premium price point, this was shockingly poor. Not worth the price and not recommended.

The view from this place is beautiful. Give a good view of Orchard vicinity to the southern Singapore from where we sat. The food was decent but not exceptional. Food presentation was very nice. Service is efficient and friendly.

I had a delightful afternoon high tea experience at 1-Atico, ION, with great company! The ambiance was elegant and cozy, perfect for catching up with friends. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The smoked salmon sandwich was fresh and flavorful, the mac and cheese was a comforting and savory highlight, and the assortment of pastries and sandwiches on the two-tiered stand was a treat for both the eyes and the palate. I especially enjoyed the matcha latte with its pretty heart-shaped latte art. The service was attentive and friendly. It was lovely spending time with ex-coworkers and making new memories. Highly recommend 1-Atico for a relaxing and tasty high tea experience with a fantastic view of the city!

My friends and I, had a great time. Angel and team, did a fantastic job in their service. Food was great and requests were attended to promptly. The team went above and beyond.

I had a nice drink with a stunning view ! The drinks were good and personnel kind! I would go back often if I lived in Singapore 😍
