Employees are nice but especially if I’m paying full price please do not experiment on me, outcome looks like just bad after hours spent there…😒 they were apologetic but still charged me I was surprised I left a tip and all but will not be back. They saw how bad it was and pretended it was normal I guess. Update : literally next day my nails chipped, they are PAINFUL bc of how thin they are. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else where people know what they’re doing. I want my money back.

The staff did a great job on my nails. It's the reason I always come here. Some of my nails were broken and short, but I wanted to protect them with the length of my other nails. They did extensionion and the result is perfect. They always help me with color whenever I'm confused. They are understanding and patient, they are very good at their jobs, I would definitely recommend you to go there!

I was once a regular at Ten Ten Nail Salon, but after my last visit, I will never go back. The staff was racist, discriminatory, and shared completely inappropriate comments about my hair. They asked if it was real, tried to touch it, and all stopped their work to inspect me as if I was an animal at a zoo. Completely uncomfortable and judgmental environment. The establishment is empty for a reason.

1st time there , was very friendly and professional! Hope to go back again.

Average service. Allows other customers to act in a blatantly racist manner--one of them even verbally attacked me. Will never be coming back.

This place is very clean and they do a very efficient job. Coco is very good and takes her time to ensure a perfect manicure. I love that they have all the newest colors, which makes it so much easier when deciding on a new color every two weeks. My new go to nail spot and I highly recommend!

It really pains me to say it because I've been going to this place on and off for a few years. I usually go to either this salon or one near my job in UWS. Unfortunately, the last time I went here I got a fungus infection from a pedicure that took more than a year to heal completely. It's really such a shame because the ladies are so nice and do a great job but I'm not risking that again.

My second time here. Clean, friendly ladies. Coco very nice. Teresa did my second mani today and also very nice. I've tried many places in the area like Kings Nails, Rita and even on Avenue U like Jimmy's. I left each after a few years due to poor customer service and higenic issues at some. I work in retail and deal with customers all day and know how it should be. So far,,I had manis only and I am very happy. Maria

This was my first time here. They did a decent job on my nails, nothing special. I went on a Friday evening and waited about 15 minutes. After getting seated at the table, this other lady is complaining how she's in a rush and she needs to get home. So the person who is in charge tells the lady who was about to do my nails to go do hers instead even though I arrived before her. It wasn't until I said something and realize what was happening did the lady come back to do my nails. Just because I don't need to come home before sunset does not mean my time doesn't matter, learn to time manage. Not my problem. I got treated like my time didn't matter at this place. At the end, no one helped me to the dryer which most places would which caused my polish to smug a little. I will give them a little credit because they did help me redo. I also did not get that massage at the end which they usually do while everyone around me received one. Never again will I spend a penny at this place again. If you're non-Jewish, you are not treated with any respect.

This place is AMAZING! The best nail spot I have been to ever, and I have been all over Brooklyn. I do a gel manicure, every other time, my nails last only about a week or so, when I do it here, it lasts nearly TWO weeks or even more sometimes. I use Theresa. She is amazing! They are sooo accommodating and really nice people! Classy, clean and great customer service! I would recommend this place to everyone.
