Yelp
This place could be amazing, in the perfect location opposite one of Perth's nicest beaches, newly decorated and open everyday. So why have I given MBH a 1 star rating? I understand there is no way I can hear your response and to be honest its me asking a question to myself. Either way, here is the answer.
The crowd, the bar staff and the music (if we can call it that) is the basic answer. I know others will say differently, in fact judging by the cramped in friday nights and the packed out sunday sessions, I'd say a few people disagree with me.
Durning the day and some week nights the bar can be nice, watch the sunset on the balcony and enjoy the quiet. Its a whole different place on the weekend, a place that I would avoid. Unless you like poor music, mixed by a poor DJ, a rowdy crowd with fights out the front and full of 'slutty' girls. If that sounds like your idea of a party then MBH is perfect for you!
The other side of MBH is a restaurant and it is just lovely! It is a real shame that the bar side and restaurant side are part of the same place.
MBH also holds events such as 'Miss Mullaloo' and 'Who looks best in a cocktail dress'. showing girls parading down a run-way in front of a crowd of mainly middle aged men dressed in their fluro work tops, and shouting things at the 'girls' and wolf whistling. Another classy aspect to this bar.
Honestly if I was you, I would stay away from that place.
