My friend and I got the steak sandwich with sweet potato chips and I got the chocolate mousse and she got the strawberry shortcake for dessert and it was so good the best sandwich I’ve ever had the meat was perfectly cooked to medium ( as you see I ate it before I had a chance to take a picture lol) the moose was so creamy and chocolate and sweet. And the homemade biscuits for the shortcake were under cooked (still delicious the bite I had) but the staff was so nice and glad we let them know replaced it with no problems at all. Definitely ordering again this summer maybe the Cobb salad next.

Today’s lunch was incredible! For a moment, I questioned if we were really in North Bay, at a culinary school. The food was amazing! Decadent in taste, and presentation was perfect. Kudos to the chefs and all the staff who made this amazing meal happen! I had Korean Beef, and my lunch partner had the buttermilk chicken sandwich. I can’t wait for next week’s menu! Keep up the incredible work!

We've now been here twice. Once for a buffet Authentic Indian lunch & another time for a fine dine dinner. The first time was the dinner. The Atmosphere was set perfectly, plenty of drink options available and the food was creative but had room for improvement. I had the Guinness French onion soup to start. The size for an appetizer was perfect and the flavor was amazing. The one part that could have used a bit of an adjust was the bread put into the soup. It was a single piece instead of bite size ready to go (as French onion soup traditionally is). This made it a bit of a game to break it apart in the soup and avoid making a mess. Also for a French onion soup it didn't have enough cheese. But the creativity was inspiring. For dinner I got the crispy salmon with veggies and mashed potatoes. The veggies were buttery with a bit of flavor but more so highlighting their individualailty, the mashed potatoes were delicious. The salmon was good however there was a serious lack of crisp and a bit undercooked. The salmon was my least favorite as I felt it didn't live up to its name. The mashes potatos had amazing flavor but presentation could have been better (piping?). Dessert was my least favorite (usually what I look forward to the most) 2nd time we went was for authentic Indian for lunch and it was fantastic. The spices used, dish choices all were as the name suggests "Authentic". The spice levels were definitely taken down to make sure everyone enjoyed it but considering the public it's totally understandable. The dessert (galab juman) is something I felt could use a bit of improvement. It wasn't the softest but the flavor was good. The Chai tea was a hit! I had to have 2 cups and my hubby took down 3. Service was AMAZING. Everyone was accommodating, friendly, polite, go above and beyond and honestly it was Michelin star level service both times. That truly stood out to us and leaves a fond memory. Can't wait to have the opportunity to go again Recommend 1000% The best fine dine in North Bay. If you get in your lucky so cherish the experience. Totally understand why they book up so quick.

This place is a real treat if you're looking for a five star lunch or dinner, as long as you're okay with planning well in advance. It's situated inside the Canadore campus as part of their Culinary Arts program and everyone working there is a member of the program, from servers to chefs. The only downside is that it is one of the worst kept secrets in North Bay and typically as soon as dates for each semester are made available, they're booked up within a couple of days. If you are able to get a reservation or happen to know someone that works at the college, make sure you go here at least once. These are mostly kids looking to make a career in the food industry and you'll get to have an awesome meal at a reasonable price and feel good about supporting these kids in their education. The people running the program do an excellent job training the chefs and servers and should be commended as well.

It's like North Bays own Hell's Kitchen, for casual fine dining. They have TV's everywhere and they live stream the kitchen staff. From Apps to Entrees and desserts. The food and service were excellent. Our meal was $74 we paid $124 with our tip. The tips go towards student educational trips. Well done everyone 👏👏

Fantastic dinner for six last night. The lamb was still tender and pink, even after we had to re-heat before serving. The shrimp cocktail with trio of sauces was also delish! Dessert was light and the meringues were crunchy on the outside and fluffy in the middle. Great job, Canadore students, and thank you for making my dinner party "a piece of cake!"
