A polished, sophisticated city restaurant with nothing to complain about. The young service staff were attentive and thoughtful. It feels traditional yet relaxed — a great spot for anyone who wants to slow down and enjoy Milan.

The staff were incredibly amabile, attentive without ever being intrusive, and made us feel truly special from start to finish. The atmosphere is pure Italian design and quality: refined, stylish, yet warm and welcoming. Every detail, from the interiors to the service, speaks of excellence. Portrait Milano is not just a restaurant, it’s a true celebration of Italian hospitality and taste. If I could give more than 10 stars, I would! ✨

The atmosphere is very pleasant, with a lovely and enjoyable outdoor seating area. The staff are attentive and helpful, though service can understandably be a bit slower if you’re seated at the far ends of the long layout. The menu is nice and offers plenty of variety, with a good selection of wines as well.

A truly wonderful experience – 5 stars all around! I had the pleasure of dining at 1011 at Portrait for a business dinner, and everything was simply perfect. The atmosphere is stunning – elegant yet warm, ideal for both important meetings and special occasions. We were served an exquisite “Milanese bollito”, prepared to perfection, and everything we ate and drank was top quality. Our guests were truly impressed, and we couldn’t have asked for a better setting to host such an important evening. A special mention goes to the *staff* – incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. The team in the dining room manages to elevate the already exceptional location and cuisine with a warm, welcoming, and family-like spirit. An absolute 5-star experience – highly recommended!

Beautiful quiet place to come in the evening for a few drinks, to rest your eyes in such beauty and enjoy. I see it more as a bar than a restaurant. I believe that esthetics is what makes this place so special. For a Monday evening it was quite crowded so reservation is highly recommended. The bar had their signature cocktails but I tried only one - 7/10 tbh nothing crazy and nothing spectacular. The food was also very average 6/10 but cod fish was nice. Snacks were actually the best, loved the energy of this place as it is both cozy and chic. There are certainly better places for the food but the bar is worth the shot and I would be back to try and explore a bit more their cocktails.

We had the opportunity to visit 10-11 and the Portrait hotel for a quick lunch, we were surprised by the magical place and food but most importantly what made the difference is the hospitality, especially we would like to mention the kindness and attention that Iris gave us during our stay. She gave us a tour of the place, all the information we needed to get to know Portrait and his restaurant. Her smile and professionalism stood out and made our stay! Thank you Iris see you soon.

10 Eleven in Milano offers a unique, palace-like outdoor seating experience with an exclusive ambiance. The desserts we ordered were incredibly delicious, and the espresso was excellent. The overall atmosphere is wonderful, and there’s a fantastic hotel right above the restaurant.
