A really great hotel with a beautiful design. The staff demonstrate that the famous Ukrainian hospitality also exists in the hotel. The rooms are very nicely furnished and clean. The rooftop is spectacular. I can only recommend this hotel.

Hands down the best hotel stay I have ever had. The people who work there are like family. Friendly, helpful and truly at your service. Kate at the front desk and Alex at the door are amazing people and everyone else was just as kind and helpful. The breakfast, rooftop bar and everything else is top notch. It’s a great location in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Kyiv this time of year is beautiful and the weather phenomenal. I will be back!! Highly Recommend.

Elegant decor and comfortable well designed rooms. The service is truly 5 star on an international scale and far exceeds the service offered by the Intercontinental and the Hyatt in Kyiv. The reception team seem to be able to solve every issue including retrieving a credit card that had been swallowed up a nearby ATM!

What a spectacular hotel! This was one of those hotels that I’ll never forget, especially with its amenities. I left my shirt to be ironed, and it was ready in less than an hour in my room. The girls were very helpful in the reception, but Kyrylo was the best! He recommended great and unique places to try Ukrainian food. I won’t forget this hospitality, and as Arnold Schwarzenegger said, “I’ll come again!” (Above all, amazing view of Kyiv from the rooftop floor) Note for security alerts during extraordinary times: They keep the security alert on all the time, unlike other hotels who turned it off on demand. That was a notable signal of being serious about visitors’ security and wellbeing

Everything was just pure perfection - quite rooms, the super comfy bed, and the breakfast… absolutely delicious - the perfect start to every day! But what truly made the real difference was the incredible hospitality of the entire team. Their support, hospitality, and attention genuinely inspired me to write this review! Thank you!

My stay was absolutely perfect! The rooms were beautifully designed, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The facilities, especially the gym and the spa , were top-notch and made my stay even more enjoyable. What truly stood out was the staff – professional, friendly, and always going above and beyond to ensure a wonderful experience. One of the top 5 hotels I’ve ever been too. Better than my experiences at Ritz, Fairmont, Taj, Four Seasons, etc. The staff is absolutely incredible. After 10 days there, it felt like I was leaving family. The rooms are spacious and modern. The shower is the best I’ve experienced anywhere in Europe. Housekeeping was flawless. The food is amazing. There were no interruptions with power, water, etc. And, all of this while the country is fighting an invasion. Well done to my new friends at 11 Mirrors.
