An amazing newly opened rooftop! 😍 Good service, the prices are overwhelming BUT everything for this place and service and menu is reasonable. Highly recommended for groups or dates)

Exceptional hotel, one of the best I have stayed in the world. Rooms are beautifully equipped and they have thought of everything. This really is 5 star at its best, lovely staff that cater for everything, even gave me complimentary late check out until 7pm. Breakfast is a Michelin star experience, really looking forward to returning.

One of the top 5 hotels I’ve ever been too. Better than my experiences at Ritz, Fairmont, Taj, Four Seasons, etc. The staff is absolutely incredible. After 10 days there, it felt like I was leaving family. The rooms are spacious and modern. The shower is the best I’ve experienced anywhere in Europe. Housekeeping was flawless. The food is amazing. There were no interruptions with power, water, etc. And, all of this while the country is fighting an invasion. Well done to my new friends at 11 Mirrors.

Ive been to many different hotels in ukraine , and all over the world , this hotel is a must visit one , will be definitely back , breakfast and restaurant is amazing , service hotel staff provides is amazing c hotel has such a positive vibe its unreal !!! A+ 100% worth it every dollar .

Super location with several good restaurants nearby, the facilities and breakfasts were top notch. I don’t have enough nice words for the staff that provided more support than I expected. I’ll come back one day if I’m still alive.

This is i believe the best hotel in Kiev and can be compared with the top notch hotels in various city’s amongst others New York. The service is extremely good, incomparable with the service you experience in for instance AMSTERDAM. The vibes and the ambiance this hotel gives you are great. I had the most price attractive room and even this room was superior: nice bed, extended bathroom, adjustable floor heating, nice bar, good lighting, extended mini bar and it’s quiet. The breakfast is super good and healthy as well, best in class! I also liked the midnight bar and the location is superb. I stayed in many hotels during my business trips but to me this is my new reference! Well done!

Aside from excellent service pre-war 11 Mirrors continues to shine during the difficult times Ukraine. The staff is excellent and the breakfast remains one of the best. With power and internet, it is easy to be able to work as if the outside was not a reality. Truly a thank you to all from 11 Mirrors.

Personal, extremely professional staff. Much more personal but just as upscale as the larger chain hotels. Centrally located in downtown Kyiv, with an amazing restaurant and rooftop bar. Unique, posh, designer rooms contribute to a once in a lifetime experience in Ukraine; the staff are extremely friendly and helpful with all of your needs. They go out of their way to make your stay memorable and fun, I’ll stay here whenever I’m in this city!
