Very nice place to live. The complex is well built, the community is quiet, friendly, and respectful, and maintenance and management are professional and proactive.
Like with any complex, we've had some minor hiccups since move in. But the team has been responsive to any issues. We also really appreciate the community events!
Minor drawbacks to consider: limited overhead lighting (no ceiling fans), some aging appliances, no weekend package concierge nor any callbox so deliveries are often a challenge.
At your doorstep is one of Baltimore's premier food and bar districts. Like with any urban environment, be informed and be alert, things do happen here. Still, there's so much to enjoy. These apartments are in a nice walkable neighborhood with lots of parks, cool local businesses, and great restaurants.
The best parts of living here: Huge closets, great layouts, thick walls, quiet units, nice views, beautiful courtyards, a good management and maintenance team, and friendly respectful tenants.
