I had a fantastic experience at The Plaza Hotel spa. The hot stone massage was excellent—relaxing, soothing, and expertly done. My masseuse was very professional and skilled, which made the experience even better. The addition of champagne elevated the entire visit, making it feel truly luxurious. Highly recommended!

My husband booked me a prenatal massage here for my birthday today. I’m 34 weeks pregnant and really needed the relaxation. To say this was phenomenal would be an understatement. The spa is gorgeous and the experience was amazing. My masseuse was a very skilled woman named Evie and I could have cried with how she knew exactly what I needed at this point in my pregnancy. I was on cloud 9 the entire time and my baby was happy because mama was happy. Highly recommend if you want a luxurious prenatal experience! I definitely plan to return!

I had amazing experience at Guerlain Spa at Plaza Hotel. My treatment was great as usual! Professional massage with amazing Gurerlian products always makes you feel happier and relaxed. I want also give special thanks to Jeanie who works on reception! She was very nice and helpful, she took great care of me while I was choosing some Guerlian products and she gave me excellent recommendations and suggestions and thanks to her I explored those products and enjoying them! We came back with my mom and she took great care of us again! Thank you for great customer service! Can’t wait to be back for more!

The entire experience from entry point to exit was phenomenal! I wish I would’ve taken down everyone’s name who made our bachelorette party feel all the love needed on this special occasion. Jeanie helped me with gift wrapping today and she was so kind and thoughtful!! She had everything prepared for me and even sprayed the tissue paper with their classic scent! The spa actually has a nice selection of retail products, which was a pleasant surprise. Jeanie really made my day by going above and beyond, I will come back here to buy their products in store just because of her!
