Had an amazing time with Duke and Sheri ! You guys made us feel so special. All of the wine was delicious it was so hard to narrow it down to my top 3. Our stay in the glamping tent was also amazing. They provided absolutely everything. Definitely going to come back very soon !

Great experience! Sheri was amazing. She is knowledgeable, courteous, and kept our wine glasses full. Great place to go if you are looking for a Veteran friendly, low key, easy going place that doesn't skimp on pours or push expensive memberships with "special access" and privileges of those fancy high falutin places.

Such an amazing Aggie-owned winery! We love coming out here from Austin and they also are willing to come do private tastings as well. They’ve participated in the Capital City A&M Club’s Annual Maroon and White wine tasting in recent years and bring so many great wines to showcase. Keep it up 12 Fires!

The owners and staff are extremely nice and knowledgeable. The new tasting room is absolutely beautiful and when the sun is setting behind the vineyard, it's simply breathtaking. The wines are really really good and are some of our absolute favorite in the area. 12 Fires is a MUST stop when you're in the area!

My mom and I had a wonderful experience at 12 fires winery this afternoon. Martin and Sheri were so hospitable, knowledgeable and kind! The wine was also fantastic! We have visited many wineries in Fredricksburg, Hye and Johnson City over the past few years and this was by far one of our best experiences and favorite wineries. We enjoyed the laid back atmosphere and the fact you can walk in without the worry of having to make a reservation. There was no pressure to buy wine or join a wine club here. If you haven’t been to this winery, stop what you are doing and go there! You won’t be disappointed!

The road access is off 290 just across from the castle. NOT handicapped accessible yet. Most seats are outside but a few [6] chairs indoors. We are definitely impressed with the wine. Being new and their grapes will take a while to be harvestable... they source with other Texas vineyards for grapes making absolutely delicious wines. The rosé of Black Spanish is wonderful for both red and white wine lovers. MIKE does his best being understaffed. Very friendly and comfy relaxed atmosphere. Currently building a new tasting room.
