A place where the Holly Springs elite live and hangout. You’re not crazy… Us locals can no longer smell the wafting cloud of methane gas from the county trash dump next door and we’d rather you not keep pointing out the nuclear plant cooling towers. The speed limit is 20 mph here and aggressively policed, so consider yourself warned. Other than these minor inconveniences, it’s truly heaven on earth here. A great place to live and play!

absolutely beautiful golf course! it was in great condition and greens are FAST. deducted a star only bc the distance between some of the holes are just unacceptable. it's a pain for walkers. overall nice course would play again

The prices of homes over the years have gone up for a reason! Good place! Very chill atmosphere. Be prepared to get some funny looks if you don't dress the part of golf member, though. Not that bad, but some people question money, some people question status. It's just a part of the wealthy lifestyle.

One of the nicest private country club's in the area. The staff and the members are really nice. Well worth being a member if you enjoy being social and part of a country club. They have tennis, pools, social events, clubs, and one of the nicest and most challenging golf courses iv ever played.

Attended a wedding on may 30. Beautiful and excellently done. Something was left in the welcome center by mistake and not noticed til the facility was closed and locked. Thankfully Darrius was still in the kitchen area and took us to the welcome center, unlocked the door and had helpful suggestions on finding something. We found it with his help. He is a valuable employee I’m sure but I want to make sure you know what a great employee you have. Thanks again Darrius! Sallie Balkum

12 Oaks is a sprawling scenic development in Holly Springs, NC. Homes of all sizes are here from condos to executive homes, most built with the charm of Charleston-style architecture. Prices currently are from the 360's to a million dollars. 12 Oaks has doubled in size in five years, with homes that are sold as soon as they hit the market. The neighborhoods are really charming, and the amenities are terrific. My son and daughter-in-law live within two blocks of the playground, tennis courts, the pool, the golf course and Pro Shop, and the Club. Ideal for young families as well as established retirees. A new elementary school was built next door to the development, & the Holly Springs Town Center is just around the corner, with everything you could need from entertainment to restaurants and a large Target store. 12 Oaks is near highways convenient to RTP, Cary, Apex, and Raleigh. Holly Springs is rapidly growing and home values are increasing exponentially, so get in as soon as you can!
