123 Edward Street Diagnostic Imaging

Staff are unprofessional and hostile; please see the picture below to get a sense for their communication style. If you read other recent reviews, you will see that my experience is not unique. Many people have experienced disrespectful conduct by staff at this clinic, and management posts the same generic, canned reply to each poor review (they don’t reply to the emails they’re asking people to send them with further details).

My mom (Natalia) went for an ultrasound today. Soha did her ultrasound and she was so wonderful! My mom does not speak English well, but Soha made her feel very comfortable and was very patient with her. Soha took the time to make sure my mom was not lost in the process. I am super grateful!

Very slow service, despite having booked an appointment and it wasn't busy. Unprofessional staff. Non-patients in waiting room making patients who were not fully clothed & waiting for imaging feel very uncomfortable. Staff not helpful in addressing patients' concern. Report has taken >1 week and counting to be sent to ordering MD.

I was a little anxious about my appointment as it was a call back, but Syeda was fantastic and very calming. I won't say I enjoyed it, but she made it easier for me. Thank you!

Takes up to more than 2 weeks for ultrasound & x ray appointment. On arrival, one of the test can't perform due to the technical doesn't have the knowledge to do it. Avoid go there.

After calling numerous ultrasound clinics and being told wait times were weeks out, I walked into 123 Edward Street Diagnostic Imaging hoping for a last-minute appointment. Pam was incredibly kind and accommodating—she went above and beyond to fit me in the same day. Her help truly made my day, and I’m so grateful for her support.
