Upon entering the room, there was a very strong smell of cigarette smoke. I immediately tried to contact someone from the hotel to report the issue, but no one was reachable on site anymore.
As a non-smoker, the smell was unbearable and, since I received no support or alternative solution, I had to find accommodation on my own and at my own expense later that same night.
No refund was offered and no solution was provided afterward. In addition, I received a very unfriendly message. Even the next day, when returning the key card, the room still smelled strongly of smoke. The reception staff showed little interest and only mentioned that they would inform the manager.
Overall, a very disappointing experience, especially in terms of service, availability, and sense of responsibility.
