First impression was, we mistakenly booked a room in an adult hotel. Second impression was the same when we saw the do not disturb sign in the room. But otherwise it was nice. No privacy if you have a shower. I think this is more for dates than travellers. :)

Room was nice, even though it was really small. Everything you need fits in here except for a garbage bin. We really did miss this. Reception is nice, but feels a bit "unorganized". I dont really know how to describe it. There is a bakery 50 meters from the hotel, really nice for a cheap and delicious breakfast.

Went here as a couple. Unfortunately, we didn't like our stay here. 1) the good - the location is very convenient - the interior design is cute 2) the bad - the bed was terrible for 2 reasons : a) 140cm is too small for 2 people. For a single person, it's okay, but for a couple, it's not. b) the mattress was of poor quality, way too soft and bouncy. for these 2 reasons we had a terrible night the 1st night, so we mentioned it to the staff. They were very sorry, but couldn't do anything as all the rooms have the same beds. They said they could look for a topper to make the bed a bit less soft, but in the end there wasn't any. We didn't get any compensation for our bad nights, at least a coffee would have been really nice. Spending a bit more money in good mattresses and less in interior design would be appreciated. We never had such a bad experience with the bed in any other hotel we visited. - the noise and cigarette smell from the ground floor. There's a restaurant down, and with closed windows (!) we could basically hear the conversations of customers going out for a cigarette (and could smell it) - the absence of a kettle in the room - tram in the front, construction in the back.

This is a great, centrally located hotel, with kind and welcoming service. Price-quality it’s perfectly balanced and a huge plus for their free coffee. Nice, ‘boutique’ designed lobby and rooms with practical awning and air conditioning.

Nice (small) rooms, really pleasant multilingual staff, great central location and superb value: we booked the same day as our stay so maybe we got a bargain. For us it was cheaper to book direct, rather than via a third party reservation service. A couple of negatives: the ongoing building work is apparent, and there is no on-site parking, although you can park on the street free between 20:00 and 08:00.

This hotel is simple, modern and updated. The room was clean with a comfortable bed and complete amenities. The location is TOP and the staff are friendly. The food in the Restaurant (IVY Restaurant) was super! I suggest you to book one time dinner in this restaurant
