My mom and I have been going to hotel140 for quite sometime now and love our stay. Everything from the staff, to the comfortable beds and spacious rooms makes the stay great each time! Just recently we stayed overnight and when we checked in our room was upgraded to a suite which we absolutely loved! It had 2 beds with our own bathrooms, living room and kitchen area. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and will be back next year !

Nice hôtel, small room, but very noisy, so you can Heard every TV from your neighbour, it's not the best to sleep 😊. However very good place to be, you are in à Nice area, and if you like to walk you are close to every thing with 30 min walk max. Except harvard. Breakfast is à continental One, Nice and good.

We stayed here for Boston Marathon 2019 and it was the best decision since the hotel is in "the after race" area and very near to the family meeting area (less than 1 min walk). Choosing the right hotel is important since lining up to get inside the race area can be quite frustating. The hotel's room is okay, not too spacious but it is clean and not old (that's important). They also provide light breakfast for the guests at the 2nd floor (picture attached), it would be good if they can change the breakfast menu everyday though. There is also a small restaurant beside the hotel lobby for breakfast options, but since there is no sign of it, we just realized it last minute before checked out.

Small clean room in a central location of Back bay. Close to local food gems and well connected back bay train station. I stayed for 2 nights. I will certainly stay here again.

Twas a nice place. They're very welcoming and the customer service at the reception was great. I wish it wasn't as pricey per night tho 😕. But hey, good location and great Covid prevention protocols!

The hotel is located center of the city and it's close to everywhere in the city, including star market, Prudential tower and the mall as well. Rooms are not many spacious, but the facilities are good, the bathrooms are also very low space.

Location of the hotel is great. It's a historical building which makes the stay even greater. Nice and comfortable rooms. They provide free breakfast too every morning and free tea, coffee and water 24*7 which I liked the most. Cooperative staff. I liked my stay there.

Yelp
140 Clarendon is a condo building that was recently repurposed to house hundreds of unhoused people, those living in shelters, and those recovering from addiction. Unfortunately, a handful, of the new residents, have caused daily traffic jams in front of this building, with daily ambulances, police cars, and firetrucks. The first responder vehicles are forced to double park in front of the building... And then Boston buses cannot get by them. This happens almost every single day now... I have lived across the street, for the past 15 years, and have been inside 140 Clarendon many times, both to visit a friend and attend the theater in the same building. we never had ambulances attending to residence daily. THE DEAL: the new residents, of 140 Clarendon, has definitely challenged the traffic flow of the neighborhood!
