Located at Clarke Street, formerly named after Dr. Tertius Clarke, Health Officer of Kinta. Now it's officially renamed to be Jalan Sultan Abdul Jalil, named after Sultan Abdul Jalil, the 29th Sultan of Perak. "YMCA Lahat Road" operates the ground floor as its activity centre providing free space and a helping hand to any charity or non-profit organisation to showcase their causes and programmes which are of benefit to the local community. There's a Leong Sin Nam Exhibition Hall at the 1st Floor. He was one of the prominent tin mining tycoons in the region and this row of shop houses was built by no other than Mr. Leong Sin Nam.
