We recently stayed at the Linden Manor and had a great time. The room was large and comfy and well maintained. Breakfasts were amazing, so amazing that I borrowed one of the recipes and use it when it's my turn to cook at the fire station. The staff treat you like family, and I mean that in a good way 😉 They are very knowledgeable about the Nashville area and beyond. We will go back again, and again. I highly recommend!

Excellent stay at Nashville! Booked at Linden Manor as a surprise for my wife’s birthday for our trip to TN and Catherine went all out for us.. she very kindly upgraded us to the Carriage House room and the breakfasts on both of the days we stayed were fantastic. The room was beyond terrific and the communication was great too. The location of the BnB was terrific. Walking distance to many shops like Jeni’s Ice cream and about a 10-12 min drive to Downtown and Broadway street. Thank you Catherine and Peigi for hosting us and making our trip so memorable!

From the moment we walked in to the smell of freshly baked bread to the moment we left with directions, insider tips, and how-tos on some of the best places to visit in Nashville, our stay at Linden Manor was one of our best B&B experiences yet. The colors and decor are inviting. The beds are cozy. The homemade cookies and breakfast are just so yummy. But most importantly, the innkeeper and staff's care for the guests is just amazing. My husband and I loved our stay at Linden Manor and would love to go back!

We just returned from a four-night stay at the Linden Manor. What a delightful place to stay while in Nashville. Besides being close to 12th Street with very good downtown access, the facility itself is very charming, Peigi was a gracious host and incredible chef! Her eggs were the best I have ever eaten. If you are planning on staying in Nashville for business or pleasure, this B&B will serve you very well. We also had delightful visits with others around the breakfast table. A lovely place to stay.

My wife and I loved this bed and breakfast in the heart of Nashville. The house is beautifully restored and obvious that it is meticulously cared for. The location is perfect to so many good restaurants and attractions including the 12 South district. The rooms were extremely clean and very aesthetically pleasing. Breakfast was unique, fresh, and had amazing flavor. The innkeepers we're wonderfully hospitable and gave us tips and help planning on anything we wanted to do. They even pointed us to an amazing free concert at Belmont University one night which was just a few blocks away. We also really enjoyed the open mic night at Bluebird Cafe - just get there at least an hour early. This was our first visit to Nashville but we plan to be back many times to explore and we won't stay anywhere else now than at Linden Manor.

Linden manor is a true gem! It is located on a quiet street with ample parking & is close to trendy restaurants, shops & and also to Belmont University. This B&B has an abundance of warmth, charm, & quality. The rooms are spacious & are tastefully decorated with great attention given to comfort & cleanliness. Innkeeper Peigi is both a fabulous chef & host! She gave us a warm welcome upon our arrival & soon after--a plate of warm cookies. Peigi's breakfasts are not only super delicious--they are beautiful presented as well. My husband & I appreciated that she was also very accommodating with regards to dietary restrictions & needs. Owner Catherine was truly kind & gracious and was extremely helpful with recommendations for things to do & see in Nashville. She also went the extra mile in securing tickets to shows & making dinner reservations. The B&B's slogan is "Arrive as a guest, leave as a friend." It's not just a slogan--it's simply the truth of what happens when you stay here. We look forward to returning to Linden Manor again in the near future

Friendly, memorable stay! The staff: kind and helpful. The food? Deliciously made by a professional chef. The location: truly convenient. And don't forget the homemade cookies and tea! If you're going to Nashville, you won't need to think about another place. Linden Manor is First rate.

We stayed at Linden Manor a number of years ago and had a great experience so decided to stay here again while visiting Nashville on a mom-daughter trip and are so very happy that we did! My memory was mostly that it was a great location, that Catherine was a fantastic hostess, and that the B&B was comfortable enough. Well I have to say that I didn't leave with quite the same feeling this time...I was blown away! Both my daughter and I were overjoyed with our choice to stay here! Not only is Catherine the perfect hostess (I believe this is her calling, lol), she has transformed the place into a beautiful and charming guest home. It was nice enough before, but oh my goodness...now it's so very charming - inside and out, beautifully decorated, and with much more space for guests! We stayed in the "Carriage House" which is nice and roomy as well as very private. Although the house itself is truly gorgeous and the breakfast was as delicious as ever, I still must say that it's Catherine that makes the stay a ***** experience! She is so engaging and helpful in making plans and suggestions for sights to see, etc., while visiting the area. If you're contemplating a stay here, you won't be sorry!! I know we'll be back for sure.
