16 TULUM

We stayed at 16TULUM for 4 nights for our wedding. The property is beautiful, we loved the greenery and the pool. The property also has a bar, and full fledged professional kitchen. The rooms are beautiful and I think because of the concrete each room was very quiet, everyone loved how they had a private and peaceful place to go to. The staff onsite is also amazing. Thank you so much to housekeeping and maintenance. We had an issue where the day of checkout our water wasn’t working and Roberto was on it immediately and had it fixed so quickly! We also loved that it is right next door to a new super market so it was easy to stop by and grab any essentials.

My family, friend's and I stayed at Tulum16 for 3 nights at the end of July and our stay was absolutely incredible!! The space is GORGEOUS! The rooms are picture perfect and super comfortable (I slept like a baby) with all the amenities one would want and more - double showers! The shared spaces are beautifully designed as well. Open air kitchen, different lounge areas to enjoy indoors and outdoors, giant projector scene, huge pool, and special spot to build a bonfire and enjoy the stars. Tulum16 is well located, minutes away from Tulum’s great restaurants and Tulum Beach. Finally, the hosts Alex and Laura were incredibly helpful and kind during the entire process. I highly recommend this stunning private property. I can’t wait to return! Thank you again Alex & Laura!!

We were totally blown away by the house, staff and cuisine. We have stayed at several homes in Mexico and this was by far and away the best. Every meal was more delicious than the last. Alex came and played a DJ set by the pool for our pool day. All of their restaurant and activity recommendations were the best. They truly made this vacation the most beautiful celebration for our friends birthday and I will 100% return.

We stayed here as a group of 13 for a 40th birthday and it was a 10 out of 10 experience! The villa is stunning, the rooms are fantastic and very equal in terms of shareability (i.e. no one gets a bad room!), and the service was next level. Their team sets you up with everything you could want - a bartender, a DJ, a chef, a concierge, private car service, keeping the house stocked. The entire team was so kind and helpful. The chef service was a highlight. The food was some of the best I have had! Can't recommend this place enough!!

Our week at 16Tulum was amazing. The property was spotless, everything was well organized, and the whole experience was completely hassle-free. The chef was excellent, and the meals were always fresh and well prepared. The large pool was a standout—perfect for parties or a more laid-back vibe. Alex and Laura made everything perfect for us and were extremely attentive throughout our stay. One of the best trips we’ve had in Mexico.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had the BEST time at 16Tulum! The house is absolutely massive and somehow even better in real life than in the photos. The sound system is insane — honestly better than most beach clubs we’ve been to — perfect for nights in with friends. Each room is totally private, like your own little hotel suite, which was amazing for our group. It really felt like we had our own boutique hotel all to ourselves. The location is super central too, close to everything but still peaceful and private. Huge shoutout to Maya from Travel Experimental — she took care of our entire trip from start to finish. Every single thing she recommended was spot-on, and it all went super smoothly. From the chef’s delicious meals (seriously 5-star quality!) to activities and logistics, we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Highly, highly recommend — can’t wait to come back!

Laura and Alex were excellent hosts and provided an ideal environment for both work and play. Their concierge team responded to our team’s needs in such an effective and friendly way. Would definitely recommend renting their villa for work offsite or large family gatherings!

I was blown away with 16 Tulum. Beyond the fact that the property is stunning… the service was excellent and I felt like I was in heaven, fab location and true luxury! Can’t wait to return!
