We were up in Lake George with family to spend a beautiful day together. After checking out the fort and walking around, we started to get hungry. Hubby discovered Bambaz on a previous trip and couldn't wait to get back. The host, Vincent, remembered him and came to talk to us which was so nice. I always like when owners come around to check on you. The food did not disappoint. I had the best Grilled Chicken Parmesan sandwich of my life! They make their own bread, it's like a mix between a focaccia and biscuits. I'm not of the process but IT IS SOOOOO GOOD. Hubby got the Mac and Cheese bowl that was also incredible and HUGE! Seriously...it feeds at least two people. I had quite a bit for someone with a sensitivity to dairy but I didn't care...I was willing to pay the consequences! Ha ha The place is small and cozy AND we were allowed to bring our well behaved pup with us which made a huge difference. Thank you Vincent for a great meal. We will be back next time we're in Lake George.

Mac with meatballs - very good Smash burgers double patties- very good Chicken cutlets - mediocre, skip it. It was dry, and the cutlet was burnt.

Possibly the best Mac 'n' cheese we've ever had - and we've had lots. The smash burger was sensational, too. Even the fries exceeded expectations - crispy, fluffy, and not too salty. Fun fact: They make their OWN CHEESE. Amazing. And like someone else said, the portions are large: One Mac 'n' cheese bowl filled me up and leftovers filled up my husband the next night. The chef/owner himself brought out our smash burger and Mac 'n' cheese, and his wife/owner checked on us several times. The woman at the counter was so friendly and polite, too. Fantastic service. The patio is tiny but it was fun to sit a people watch while we ate (at 10 pm on a summer Thursday). Open very late, too! This was an excellent meal for a reasonable price in the midst of the Lake George Village tourist strip. Massively exceeded expectations - we'll be back.

Really disappointed..heard great reviews..showed around 1 as they opened Ordered Burger ..no tomato no onion avail Just lettuce .. Be mindful on how you order. Portions are large. Mac and cheese was awesome. Mac and cheese can feed two teens. Kids portion was also large. Smash burger was really good, the sauce on it was a bbq mayo mix. The owner's attitude is what got my review. He noticed we had kids with us and really took some extra attention to help us out. Food came out fast and service was very hospitable

Just went here tonight on a whim as I needed something to eat before going back to our hotel. I got the smash Mac and cheese platter which comes with a smash burger, Mac and cheese, and fries. The food was very good ! I enjoyed the burger and my family started picking at the fries until they were all gone, they couldn't stop eating them. The portion of Mac and cheese was a good size as I could not finish it. Totally recommend this place - we will definitely be back.

We have been coming to lake George for 3 summers now. Eat the Mac and cheese bowl last summer and really enjoyed it so,we stopped in for it again this summer and saw they had a smash burger now. OMG it was absolutely amazing! Really might be one of the best smash burgers I've had in some time and we eat out quite often. We came back multiple times In the week we were up there this year! The tots and fries were amazing as well. They have a mango drink that was really good also! As well as the food being amazing,the service was top notch also. It's a small family owned business and the whole family is a pleasure to talk with and extremely nice! 10/10 and highly recommend!!!

Stopped in for a quick bite and we found this hidden gem. Ordered just a smash burger but it was fantastic! Cheesy, crispy burger with a house made sauce! Absolutely delicious! Owner/manager was super polite and friendly. Lots of smiles and conversation while waiting for our food.

Family run business that is friendly and affordable in a great location with the cutest outside seating. Homemade fresh squeezed lemonade is on the menu and I wished I ordered it. The tater tots were perfectly cooked as were the chicken nuggets. My meal could have easily fed two adults. My husband had a smash burger and fries which he said was outstanding. Service was quick and very friendly. We will be back! Save a lemonade for me!!

Little hidden gem in Lake George Village. Service was excellent. Smash burgers were amazing. Mac and Cheese were delicious as well as our nuggets and fries. Didn't get a chance to take photos as we devoured it as it came. The serving size was appropriate and some were even plenty enough to share with others. Good to eat with the kids as well. They have a small outdoor seating which is enough if you want to just sit and relax while eating. Great experience. Will definitely recommend and come back.

I work a few doors down, have all summer and I'm ashamed to admit that yesterday is the first time I've even tried the food. Yesterday we got a Smashburger with fries, the special sauce on the side and Mac and cheese that had tots and nuggets on top. First off- the service was speedy and the food was affordable. Cute shop also! Very clean :) The wait was almost non existent and the food. THE FOOD!!! It was delicious, the tots were crunchy on the outside but soft in the inside. The nuggets had the perfect crispness and the Mac and cheese was out of this world. Burger was 5 starts too. Cooked perfectly and that special sauce is amazing! I couldn't stop dipping everything in it. Top notch service- easily could've fed 5 people and the staff are awesome. Will absolutely be back again! No more sleeping on Bambaz!!

Menu said hand breaded chicken sandwich, was obviously not, frozen chicken patty, as all our sandwiches were nearly identical. My Daughter loved the chicken nuggets, they looked and tasted like McDonald's . Food took forever for late afternoon. Dining area wasn't clean, floor was filthy

Disappointing....the staff was super friendly, and owner seemed great too. However, I expect if you're going to have a simple menu-the basics should be done right. Smash burger-when done correctly, is a delicious way you can prepare a burger. A really hot cooking surface, and burger pressed down (smashed) to create a wonderful caramelization and crust on the outside of the burger-which seals in the juices and should result in a delicious juicy burger. Our burgers were gray. There was absolutely no browning on the burger patties. The meat inside was mealy, dry and gray. Sauce was skimpy, roll was dry/stale. Tater tots were crispy and delicious; but with the 5 star ratings here on Yelp ; I was expecting deliciousness. Also, the seating area was stifling! I had a hard time enjoying my meal while it was 110 degrees in the place. Concept is great-need to work on execution. Also; no recycling bin? Come on... just put a basket out. In this day and age that's just inexcusable. Best of luck moving forward-I hope my criticism are constructive ; that is my intention.

Good food, family run business. Stopped in on a rainy afternoon looking for something to tide us over before dinner. We got the Smash-N-Mac combo. Was very tasty. Wish I would've taken a photo. Son was playing guitar. Sounded great. Wishing these guys the best!

Absolutely loved the food! The Mac n cheese was my absolute favorite, definitely homemade. The staff were incredibly kind and patient with our orders. Don't miss out on this great spot!

My girlfriend and I went away to Lake George for 4 days and we ate here everyday the chicken sandwich is a must have for lunch, best chicken I I have ever tasted, was very surprised and the service was great as-well.

Amazing food and great family atmosphere! The chef here definitely knows what he's doing. This should be your number #1 stop in Lake George. This was the best pizza I've had in a very long time. Would come back just for the food! Awesome!

Had a wonderful dining experience at Bambaz! Chatted with the owners who were full of interesting information and obviously take great pride in their restaurant. Had the popular Trio of Mac-and-Cheese, Tater Tots and Chicken Nuggets. Just delicious and the portion size was extremely generous!
