17 on Bird Guest House

We stopped over here to break our trip to Cape Town on New Year’s Eve. The service was wonderful, we were able to order a braai pack and have a braai while swimming in the pool. The kids loved it, the room was clean and comfortable and there was air conditioning… very welcome in the summer heat! Overall a lovely stay, I’m just sad we were only able to spend one night!

Booking was made easy. The staff were nice and accommodative even when we had to make changes to our booking. The rooms are nice and spacious.

We always stay here when we have horse riding events in Beaufort. Super clean rooms, great beds and bedding. Nice hot showers. Staff goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable from cleaners to host. Would definitely recommend this place.

Thoroughly enjoy our stay quiet and peaceful . Dinner was excellent and staff friendly and helpful . Will definitely stay over again .

I unfortunately could only stay at 17 on Bird for one night - as I was on my way to Gordons Bay. Absolutely awesome place to stay - great service, comfortable and relaxing. BUT the thing is that I ordered the Lamb shank from the menu for dinner - well, let's not play around, it was out of this world, so delicious!! Then for breakfast, same treat - just a very satisfying experience - thank you kindly. Got to get to 17 on Bird :-)

The service was phenomenal. Our room was neat and the perfect place for us to rest for the night. The food was lovely and well worth the price. They were so friendly and accommodating. Will definitely visit again.
