"K Bakery, Pacific Palisades. K Bakery is emphatically a to-go kind of place. The petite space is in a strange little strip mall just steps from where Sunset Boulevard dead-ends into the ocean, but it serves up some of the best snacks in Los Angeles. Just about every dessert or pastry item is delicious—we go for anything lemon, like the lemon bar or the lemon pound cake—but they also have really great chicken pot pies and decent coffee. They have also recently started a "family dinners to go" option with fresh, seasonally prepared dinners available for pick-up and delivery. We recommend getting lunch (and dessert) to go and taking it to Will Rogers Beach just down the road."

Yelp
I'm not vegan nor have I tried vegan Thai food before so I was a little skeptical. Turns out it was really delicious! A friend of mine recommended this spot and I absolutely enjoyed my pad see ew, lychee juice (with generous whole lychees inside), and the fried rolls. Service was friendly. Parking lot is small but adequate. Interior is small and cozy, love the colorful pillows. I had a great experience here!

Yelp
I ordered the pad see ew. It was tasty. The place is tiny yet fits a few tables and people. Waitress was kind and kept filling up my hot water for me often. Decent pricing with good food.

Yelp
Found an entire bee in my curry. Do not buy from this place under ANY circumstances. Absolutely no explanation from the staff.

Yelp
Craved Thai food after a long hike and found this place nearby. I really liked the spring rolls with the peanut sauce. The pad thai and chow mein were pretty good. Gave us two spring rolls but only one egg roll, which was a bit disappointing. Not a big fan of the pre-cut vegetables as they cheapen the flavor. Overall, it was a pretty good deal for the combo. The place was pretty small, since the seating was in a tight area by the window. The parking lot was very small and awkwardly spaced. As for the service, had to get their attention to order. They seemed distracted as they were having their own lunch by the cash register. But they were very friendly, and even suggested white rice that comes with the combo. Overall, 4 stars.

Yelp
SERVICE - located in an extremely small shopping complex off of PCH - parking lot is very small and difficult to maneuver large cars - limited indoor seating for 10 people maximum - lots of take out orders - good for casual meal - server very willing to make accommodations to dishes - food served relatively quickly - no restrooms MENU - thai food - all vegan - well priced ($14 per entree) FOOD - pineapple curry lunch special (6/10): pineapple red curry with rice and fresh roll. I ordered the lunch special since the curry on its own did not come with rice. There is a good variety of vegetables in the curry with carrots, zucchini, broccoli, tomato, pineapple and tofu. While the sauce has some flavor, it was not spicy at all. I had to add nearly a teaspoon of hot sauce to get even a hint of flavor. I liked the peanut sauce that came with the fresh roll. WOULD I GO BACK? If I was in the area and wanted a quick option, then yes,

Yelp
Oh my God! What a great restaurant!!! This is quite literally a hole-in-the-wall place. There are only two tables in the restaurant and I think they mostly do takeout orders. As far as the food goes, this is one of the best Thai restaurants I have been to. And you won't know it is vegan from just the food. Unbelievable!

Yelp
I ordered vegetable dumplings , vegetables fried rice.and a salad. I had take out. The food was well prepared and warm. The wait time to pick up this order was 15 min. Ambiance: This location has limited seating and so it is best for take out. Located next to the beach and a park (Los Lioness) ,and The Getty Villa allows for a great place to pick up food for a picnic. The location is in a popular strip mall with limited free parking but there is also pay parking in the street. The excellent food, easy access, and lovely employees makes it a 5 star location.

Yelp
This place is delicious. Ordered the orange chicken and steamed rice. Soo good. I recommend. Staff is super nice.

Yelp
Normal portion sizes. Quick and friendly service Very small inside but clean and nice seating that could fit about 3 tables. The vegan "chicken" added to the pad Thai was not good.

Yelp
Wow Amazing service and super friendly But not only that I felt welcome Now about eating Pull over and go inside or just order for take home but either way you will have a great experience as I have Tasty tasty guilt free just very good flavor I'll be back keep up the good work and thank you for a positive meal

Yelp
Super-yummy vegan Thai delicacies, served by a welcoming homey hostess! Relished the "chicken" satay with delicious peanut sauce, accompanied by green chilly onion sweet vinegar. Veggie "pad kee maa" had the right combination of flat rice noodles, basil leaves, browned soft tofu, carrots and more. The green curry had purple aubergine, kombucha pumpkin, zucchini, soft tofu cubes, drenched in coconut milk spiced to perfection; boiled red rice was the perfect companion! A great find!

Yelp
The Food was good. They prepared timely. It is a to go place. No room to sit down. I would order again.

Yelp
Small place. Food was ok. Best was the fried rice. Curry and dumplings were so so. Staff was helpful and welcoming.

Yelp
My experience is for takeout only but there's ample parking and the staff seems nice. I've tried the spicy noodles, orange chicken, and wonton soup so far. I've enjoyed everything. My only issue with the wonton soup is the vegan shrimp. The texture was too gelatinous for my liking. Would just leave it out next time.

Yelp
Great business. Right off the beach. If your Vegan than this looks like the right spot to hit. Positive vibes on this spot!!!

Yelp
Came here after a hike nearby, sat in with my wife. We had a Tom ka soup and a pad see ew, which were simple and perfect. We really enjoyed the cozy, relaxed atmosphere and especially appreciated in the moment that they didn't play any loud music or have The TV on. the server was really chill and the back of the house employees were also nice. We didn't feel pressured in any way. It just felt very nice. Just-right atmosphere. Thank you!

Yelp
Very cute vegan Thai place, but with VERY VERY limited seating. My non-vegan friends enjoyed their dishes as well. I would definitely come back here. The service was great. I got the massaman curry with a side of brown rice and I would get that again.

Yelp
This place was great! The hostess/waitress working the front was super sweet and soft spoken. The food was really good quality and came out quick. I loved how they had so many plant based options that were just as good as the usual meat dishes. The prices were surprisingly low considering the area it's in. The interior was very cozy, even if it is very small. You couldn't dine-in with more than 6 people, but everything else about this place is perfect.

Yelp
A good place to stop by if you are craving Thai food and are vegan. The food here is healthy and on a light side, so you don't feel so sluggish after eating there. My dining companion and I decided to stop by this place because we were around the area and wanted to eat something healthy. It was a good decision..because the food (~$10 a dish) was tasty and still met our goal of being healthy. The portion was ok...not too huge though..so if you are hungry..maybe you can order 3 dishes to share between 2 people instead of just 2. Just a little minus is the menu seemed slightly limited and there wasn't a lot of room to sit in the restaurant (can maybe seat 10 people max?). It seemed more of a take out place than anything. Also, the restroom was in the back in the kitchen area..so it was a little inconvenient going in/out of there).

Yelp
Both meals, Pad Thai & Orange chicken, had way too much liquid smoke. It was terribly bitter and gave it a taste of plastic. The egg rolls and Thai tea were good though. Too bad the main food was inedible.

Yelp
What a pleasant surprise...vegan Thai food.... On Sunset Boulevard in the Palisades is a pick up spot and I ordered some green curry, brown rice, some flat noodles and some mango with sticky rice for $45 plus tip and it was all absolutely delicious....Prepared with fresh vegetables and attention to details and serve with a very nice counter person with a smile and a great attitude.... Remember this is vegan Thai food so you don't get the fish sauce flavors but if you want something healthy especially on a meatless Monday is when I do vegan, this is the perfect spot and I will definitely be back because the quality was good and the flavors were banging... thank you and keep up the good work:)

Yelp
Fantastic service, quick, tasty- Tom yum coconut was very fresh! Shoutout to employees Jessica & Kenny - I hope upper management can acknowledge their efforts in some way- they are so kind, sweet, and fast! It's because of people like them that want to make us return. Love all vegan :)

Yelp
What a find. A friend and I recently ate inside the restaurant for the first time and we both absolutely LOVED it. I'm a 22 year Vegan. I will not hesitate to eat here again the next time I'm in the area. 1) VERY reasonable prices (especially considering it's location) 2) Food was especially clean & fresh 3) Food tasted great and was served piping hot.

Yelp
I love this place. It's a hidden gem right off the PCH, 1 minute drive to Lake Shrine Meditation Gardens and close the the beach and Temescal Canyon nature hike. For $12 you can order a veggie filled curry (green is my go-to), a bowl of rice ($1+ for delicious wild brown rice), fresh spring rolls or fried egg rolls. (For an extra $2 you can add fake meat, great deal!) The service was also very friendly and helpful, a younger gentleman with dark longer hair. They are now offering customers who dine-in/ walk-in/ call-in 10% off to keep customers buying directly from them. You can get delivery through the apps. You'll be happy with the food!

Yelp
This is an amazing place. Everything is vegan, including shrimp and chicken. Make sure to order chicken satay, it literally reshaped me. Love the service, love the food, love everything Hope they can expand the business and add more tables

Yelp
Friendly staff. They wear masks. Clean place. My pad Thai was good. First time here so didn't know it was huge. Could feed two or three people.

Yelp
Great food at this restaurant. My favorites are the green and pineapple curry. Had Pad Thai for lunch, good food.

Yelp
Ordered the kung pao chicken and it is absolutely one of the vest I've ever had. Didn't think about taking a picture until I was almost half way done.

Yelp
This little restaurant is tucked into a small strip of businesses, including an Italian restaurant. Blink and you might miss it on your way to the beach. I loved that everything on their menu is vegan and offer tofu to vegan chicken to faux shrimp. My husband and I ordered curry - green for me and yellow for him. The food was very tasty and the portions were satisfying. My only complaint is that the meal was more expensive than we expected because the prices that appear when you click to see the menu through their Yelp page are not accurate. Each item we ordered ended up being about $2 each more than the price listed. In total, it was $40 for two curries and an app of tofu sate. Good food but a bit on the pricey side for lunch.

Yelp
Woah woah woah AMAZING. Atmosphere is so comfortable. Service incredible. Really reasonable prices and great quality food. Their sticky rice with mango is the best you'll find anywhere. Omg and the chicken satay - incredibly delicious. Have the lychee drink, very refreshing. I ordered a lot and loved every last bite.

Yelp
Thai Vegan III is a little gem of a restaurant. I came here for the first time with a group of friends to celebrate a birthday and the food was excellent, service was awesome and the people were amazingly friendly. The restaurant is small, comfortable and quaint. I enjoyed my nice hot pad see ew dish and for dessert white sticky rice with mango. Absolutely delish! This is my new go-to Thai vegan restaurant when I visit the Palisades area.

Yelp
This place never disappoints. Super friendly staff, great service! Decent priced vegan Thai food. Love to grab lunch here. Haven't tried much other than their massaman curry because it's my favorite. Thai milk tea is bomb. Thank you

Yelp
LARGE PORTIONS, DELICIOUS, and FAST SERVICE. You will not be disappointed! The Pad Thai had the perfect ratio of noodles to veggies/tofu. Wasn't too sweet or bland like other Pad Thai I have tasted. Perfect. Spicy Noodles were very SPICY (obviously) so stay away from these if you do not have a high spice tolerance. If you do, order it - they are amazing! Also, the egg rolls were probably my favorite from my visit. I wasn't expecting them to be as good or large as they were. So glad I found this little spot while I was exploring Malibu.

Yelp
Really good spot for vegan quick fix and quality! Loved that they were super fast as we were driving pass from SM to Point Dume. The Pad Thai isn't too over whelming and we loved the tofu satay. (We ordered the soy chicken but I think they mistakenly gave us the tofu?) all good because the peanut sauce was pretty delicious and we are satisfied. Will definitely come back again.

Yelp
I loved the Massaman Curry. Nutty, spicy, well seasoned. Beautiful. Unfortunately the Tom Kha tasted milky and the bamboo tasted sort of heavy and smokey. It didn't look burned, so it could've been a unique source of bamboo. But it didn't taste right and felt a bit unpleasant on the stomach - probably the least enjoyable / flavor-correct Tom Kha I've had. I finished it, because I was hungry, and I wasn't sick afterward. I wonder if they used the wrong type of coconut milk / cream. Anyway - the curry was GREAT, but the Tom Kah was not. I'd be eager to try some more of their curries, but would very much hope their Tom Yum is superior to the Tom Kha and that Tom Kha recipe gets a serious look, as it's not typical to classic Tom Kha I've had not just in Thailand, but other Thai eateries in L.A. Additionally, the delivery guy was on time, and seemed like a lovely fella.

Yelp
Food was fantastic. We got the green curry and the massaman curry, egg rolls and fresh rolls. The food was excellent!

Nick J.

Yelp
I have ordered food there a few times and each time was worse than the next. We rather go to the new sushi/Thai restaurant in the Highlands; no comparison.

Yelp
Amazing flavorful food. I ordered the pineapple fried rice, green curry and the satay. All was soooo delicious!! So glad I found this gem. I will definitely be ordering a lot in the future.

Yelp
Quick takeout and they are very kind and helpful with pick up. Tofu is good in Pad Thai, Pineapple Fried Rice, and Yellow Curry. They have very reasonable prices, especially for the area.

Yelp
This place is so delicious! They have amazing options for everyone. It's affordable, delicious, and you get a really good portion of food. Super yummy!

Yelp
Thai Vegan III was a pleasant surprise and I'm so glad we spotted it on our way to the Lake Shrine temple. Note that the restaurant itself is really small, it's more of a take-out place. There were 3 small tables inside, there was a spot open so my family and I decided to dine-in. It's cute, cozy and comfortable. We ordered the fresh veg rolls, pineapple friend rice, spicy noodles, panang curry and thai iced teas. Everything was absolutely delish! The veg rolls were my favorite. The server was really nice as well :) We had a great lunch and recommend this to fans of vegan food.

Yelp
Review from a NON-Vegan -- and the food here is good! At least the Orange "Chicken" 13 bucks with lettuce (rice extra) that was hot and a generous portion. Took about 15 minutes so I'd call ahead next time as there are only 2 small tables inside -- not very inviting -- so they must be focusing on take-out. If you are not a meat eater you'd like this place -- if you ARE a meat eater, I'd bet you'd still find something you like here plus it's the only Thai Joint in The Palisades.

Alex A.

Yelp
Just. Come. Here. You won't regret it. Tasty, healthy, delicious. They are super nice too!

Yelp
I came in yesterday on Christmas day with friends. We had ordered online, my order was supposed to be ready at 6:32pm and my friend's order at 6:26pm, but the restaurant never received my order so she had to manually put my order in, which was fine. It was Christmas Day so I understood that they were busy. The issue I had was normally your order gets pushed to the front so its ready on time or at least around the time it should be, this wasn't the case. I ended up having to wait an extra 25 minutes and on top of that my order was made incorrect. I had specifically requested no veggies in my chow mien besides bok choy. I didn't realized until I made it back home to k-town. Then I received a call at 7:26pm saying my order was ready. I told the man that I had gotten my food over 30 minutes ago and that it ended up being made wrong. No apology, nothing, shaking my head. I do think the food had potential to taste good, but with all the items I specifically requested to not be included it was hard to eat around it so I ended up throwing the noodles away. I think that they bit off more than they could chew. They should have paused the online ordering tool so no one could order because they had way too many orders for such a small kitchen and staff. I could tell that the women up front was overwhelmed, but at the end of the day it is a business where people are spending their money and deserve to have their order prepared the way they requested, not rushed. Had I lived in the area I would have driven back and returned the noodles in exchange for a correct order.

Lisa S.

Yelp
Delicious and rapid service! Ordering delivery is quick and easy. You will love them!
