I was in Athens on a solo vacation - unfortunately high winds caused all the ferries to be canceled so I had to book another last-minute stay in the city. My agent recommended this hotel. It was great! I had a room on the top of the building with a perfect view of the Acropolis and there was even a bathtub outside that I could relax in privately. The location is perfect and so close to anything in the city center that you’d want to see. I would absolutely return here.

We stayed from 10/30/25-11/5/25. This hotel was flawless. Katarina, our hostess, was especially helpful. She recommended two of our favorite restaurants- Enastron & Bandiera. She even found us a barber where my husband could get a straight razor shave and helped us navigate the train system. The breakfast buffet is amazing and throughout the day they have snacks, drinks and even yogurt available in the lobby. Can't wait to stay here again...our room even had a view of the parthenon.

This is a lovely small hotel in a great area for exploring the city. The reception staff are friendly & the included breakfast is excellent. |Unfortunately I have rated this as 3/5 due to issues with the facilities in our room, and the way this was dealt with. |We had booked, and pre paid, for an Urban Suite with Jacuzzi. |At check in we were given the key to room 1. We had dinner plans so quickly unpacked and went out. The next morning we were very disappointed to discover the jacuzzi on the private terrace was out of order, and by the looks of it had not been working for a while. I brought this to the attention of the receptionist who was very apologetic & understood our disappointment. I said that I felt we should have been informed prior to our arrival, or definitely at check in. She agreed and said she would email management & the accounts team to request some form of compensation and for me to ask again the next day. When I asked the next day she apologised again but said that nothing could be done & there would be no compensation, even though I’d paid for an unavailable facility. I was really quite surprised at the hotel’s response. I did not expect a large refund, a nominal amount would have been satisfactory, and to just have it brushed off was not good enough. It really tainted our stay & as a regular visitor to Athens I would not stay here again or recommend. This room type is still showing on the website & is available to book.

If you’re looking for a fresh, stylish hotel in the heart of Athens, surrounded by lively streets full of bars and restaurants, Micon 18 is perfect. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and some even have views of the Acropolis. The concierge team feels like 5-star service. Thomas was especially outstanding, even packing us breakfast for an early airport departure. I travel often and rarely write reviews, but this stay was so special I couldn’t resist. The Micon 18 team truly went above and beyond. If you’ve read this far, just book it, you won’t be disappointed!

Kat was amazing she new the area well was extremely helpful. I all and more aspects restaurants help was spot on found me a barbershop receive a amazing shave. Room was supper nice quit clean house keeping was amazing can wait to come back ...enjoy the out side terrace wine absolutely recommend this place. Was off the charts

This was the most pleasant surprise. The location was perfect for us. I almost wished our vacation had started in the location and instead of ending there. There are so many shops. We surprised one of our travelers with a late birthday surprise and the staff actually surprised us with a cake for her. Top-notch service. Thank y'all.

We absolutely loved this hotel. All of the staff goes above and beyond each day. They were absolutely amazing. The rooms are very nice, the location was perfect for us. I think it the perfect hotel for couples visiting Athens.

The rooms were so unique and modern. We had a studio with a Jacuzzi in the back patio. The breakfast was delicious. The front desk staff was amazing, very kind and the location was perfect. You’re right next to a bunch of cafés next-door is a delicious ice cream parlor I mean, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay.
