What a stunning store! Found this place when I was doing my Sunday walk and was amazed by the creation here. The jewelry, the artwork, clothing, and furniture everything is very well curated. You can find Italian, Danish, and Japanese designs all in this space. Tilly was very helpful and I found a piece that I really love.

Racist store!!!!!!!!!!! I had high hopes to do my christmas shopping here for my partner but my experience was incredibly disappointing. Customer service was a letdown; the lady with blonde hair seemed disinterested and unhelpful, barely acknowledging me when I asked for assistance. She made a very rude and racist remarks saying the clothing is not for my “kind”. To top it off, the store was disorganized and no sizes available. I will not be shopping here again and cannot recommend this store to anyone looking for a pleasant shopping experience. One star is me being generous.

The owner is super racist and rude. Treats her own employees horribly and customers even more so with derogatory comments. Her dog that she brings to work has attacked multiple people and even a child, but she still brings it to work. Very unprofessional and dangerous.

Great jewelry. One of a kind jewelry. They carry Rosamaria’s designs and I just bought two pieces for my birthday. The staff is very friendly and they delivered my pieces free of charge uptown. Smart business women!

I visited the store with my friend yesterday, and I am so surprised with the service we got as as a minority shopper. I am indigenous, and the cultural appropriation is just awful. This woman is racist. Not only did she keep following us around the store but she took an item out of my hand aggressively. I was so in shock, no respect for customers and she has the audacity to give me a dirty look

Don't spend a lot of money with these folks. If you want to return or exchange something - good luck! They told me on the phone they'd take my item for store credit (knowing I was outside the return policy), but the owner decided to backpedal on that idea and essentially said 'nevermind' - was rude in dealing with it. Disappointing.

As a former shopper I can say that THE OWNER IS RACIST!! She is ONLY obsessed with Japanese/Asian culture but does not like black people. If you are black do not support this business & just purchase directly from the brand. If she can’t treat her customers right, I can only imagine her workers. What a disgrace.

Yelp
I love this store and all of the beautiful brands they carry. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5, is because of the owner's behavior while I was shopping. I would have purchased more had she not consistently flung the dressing room curtain open and exposed my half dressed self to everyone shopping in the store. I don't know if she thought I was going to steal something or what, but it was invasive and quite frankly, not healthy for her business. It is never OK to walk in on people in the dressing room. If I needed help, I would have put some clothes on and asked. I can't be the only person that feels this way.

Yelp
The people working here are without a doubt some amazing people!!! I am a neighboring studio to there store and I love popping in to see their incredible pieces as well as talk with some friendly, creative faces. They have an especially incredible selection of jewelry, one-of-a-kind clothing pieces and BRANDBLACK sneakers (my fav!)

Yelp
A place that belongs to the MUST-shopping section on my visiting list every time when I was in NYC. Gorgeous decor and super friendly customer service make it the best store in Tribeca.
