1858 Caesar Bar

If you are in Collingwood you HAVE to go to this amazing bar! The Hot Maple Chicken Crunch sandwich was the BEST chicken sandwich I have ever had in my life! The Caesars are to die for with a selection that is unmatched! I had the flight and then the Li’l Brunch and every drink was amazing! Our server, Izzy, was kind, fun, and incredibly accommodating! Thank you, Izzy, for being the best with our large group!!

Ceasers were amazing. The flights were a good deal to try a variety of flavours. Very good price point for a drink + a very decent amount of add on food/snacks. MUST TRY: The loonie pancakes, deep fried balls of goodness (only available as an add on, but can order multiple. We ordered 5 skewers) The only downside is the seating (knocks a star out). Only bar stools available. Not accessible and not good for shorter people or anyone with any knee injuries. Would have preferred to have booth or tables available to sit at and would have stayed longer and order more naturally. Definitely a must try bar!

The server was very knowledgeable and friendly. We got the lil’ brunch ceaser and it was very good. Loved that happy hour started at 7pm, we took advantage of the deals. It was so good we got rub and exciler for ourselves and as a gift. We were wishing the location at blue mountain was open but we will going there to use our surprise gifts (envelope) before they expire. Def needs more locations, Niagara Falls would be a great option.

I was in Collingwood for the weekend with my girlfriend and had the chance to try out 1858. Our server Chris was fantastic and knowledgeable, as well as he took the time to explain a few different menu options and told us about the monthly caesar flight which were all fantastic. The create your own caesar section was also fantastic with plenty of fresh delicious garnishes 10/10 service 10/10 food 10/10 atmosphere

It's a gotta go to place when you're in Collingwood. If you want a complete ceaser experience you'll have your pick. Great staff who knows their stuff makes the experience both educational and fun. Cheers to that!

1858 Caesar Bar is an absolute gem for Caesar lovers! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about making the perfect Caesar to suit your taste. I love that they use fresh, high-quality ingredients and aren’t afraid to get adventurous with their flavors. Whether you like it spicy, tangy, or fully loaded, there’s something here for everyone. If you’re a Caesar fan (or even just Caesar-curious), 1858 Caesar Bar is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be back to work my way through the menu!

Every month they have a Caesar flight (pre selected by them) so you don’t get to choose ur flight. Would have been better if I could have tried the ones I thought I would like better. The pickle one is the best.

We stopped in here for a Caesar flight to start off our Collingwood bar crawl. The flight was amazing, the best Caesars we've ever had. They were expertly crafted and explained by the staff. All the staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The restaurant itself was beautiful and very trendy with great vibes. The menu is huge and full of amazing sounding drinks and some food. Can't wait to go back to try another Caesar.
