1874 Distilling LTD

Had a lovely experience this evening post skiing. The bartender was lovely and modified drinks based on sweetness preference. Whiskey drinks were great and loved the building/design and live music.

Nothing but love for this place! Wonderful drinks, friendly staff, fun special events, great music and cool atmosphere. They often have food events provided by the Windsor kitchen which is outstanding. Like I said, nothing but love for this establishment!

Their liquors are excellent - the whiskey is the standout! And you can sample them simply or in a complex cocktail. They have great staff and service, and I enjoyed a live music event that was just the right volume.

Definitely worth a stop in Del Norte, Colorado at this local distillery with beautiful and elegantly crafted cocktails with local ingredients! Awesome vibe and environment, I would definitely come back whenever in-town 👍 Very unique spot in this area of southern Colorado

Gin and Vodka. Really good gin! The district flavors really come thru. The cocktails are amazing. The atmosphere is more akin to high class speak easy in an old western town.

We really enjoyed the drinks and chatting it up with the bar tender. Fun evening that put a smile on our face and in our drink!!

A wonderful place for excellent cocktails! The simply, elegant design of the distillery makes it feel very welcoming and it holds a lot of history!

Beautiful building and wonderful staff. We got a tour of the distillery which is amazing to see in person. You can head outside for some food at the 1874 food truck out back which serves the best chicken po boys and homemade fries! All around really great experience and tasty drinks/food. 10/10 will be going back.

We visited today for a bite to eat and loved the experience! We were so happy that we could bring our pup in the courtyard to eat. My husband and I both had hamburgers with mushrooms and fixings. They were delicious and the beef is local. We also bought a bottle of their vodka. We haven't tried yet so we can't give an honest review

Oh my goodness, what a treat! Our group of Harley riders stopped in after dinner at the Windsor. We got to try many of the spirits and were delighted to get a tour from one of the owners. The drinks are fun and tasty, and the bartender was excellent. Don't miss this little gem.
