This hotel is such a pleasure to stay in. The reception staff will do anything they can to help you with whatever your need is and show great kindness in their roles. The breakfast staff are so welcoming and accommodating. The room staff are polite and do a lovely job. This is an outstanding place to stay. In a great position to get to many of the must sees in Valletta. Their rooftop Terrace is relaxing with a view that is stunning. Their many complimentary inclusions make the whole experience very special. If I am fortunate enough to be able to visit again from Australia, I will absolutely look to stay here. Brilliant.

Booked this hotel for a special occasion for my wife and we were not disappointed. Hotel is in a great location, room was lovely and the staff could not have assisted more. Breakfast was good with plenty of variety and the free evening wine was lovely my only complaint was the water pressure seemed to go off in the afternoon but I do not think this was the hotels fault.

There is a bad smell throughout the hotel. Sewage like. Rooms have no outer windows (you cannot ventilate it properly). Beds very small. The bathroom is separated from the room by a glass wall. Breakfast has no cooked dishes. Other than that the location is quite near the city center and very quiet plus the AC is excellent. Quite expensive for what we get. The staff id extremely helpful.

The room was perfect clean, smells nice, comfortable bed, quite location, view of the water, friendly helpful staff. Every attention to detail has been given. Large room and bathroom. Perfect in every way. Loved our stay here.

Just finished a week in Malta staying at 19 rooms. It’s a quiet boutique hotel with very attentive staff. It’s outside the main tourist area so it’s not crowded at all. Room 19 has a great balcony for lounging and relaxing and there’s a rooftop patio with a great view. Breakfast is casual and high quality.

Stayed here for 3 nights when we first arrived and it was beautiful! The staff were lovely and helpful and kept our luggage before check in whilst we ventured around Valetta, as we came very early. The inside of the hotel is beautiful and feels very authentic with the stonework in the main dining area. The room we had, had no issues with ventilation or smells, the bathroom was separate to the bedroom via a wall and it was huge. It was an absolute oasis coming back on an afternoon with the AC on - we needed it! The breakfast has no cooked items but it isn’t an issue as theres granola, smoothies, toast, patisseries, cereals, selection of meats and cheeses and a great coffee machine. I think anyone who complains says more about their own personality than what the hotel has to offer. And location!? It is perfect and the roof terrace provides an amazing view over the bay.

It was a bit of a further walk than expected from the Ferry from Gozo but i have mobility issues so just bear this in mind, Valetta is very steep in parts so what seems easy going down is not so easy going up|Check in was easy and welcoming and we left cases as the room wasn't quite ready, we were early though.|Once in our room we were very pleased with it, we went for a superior room and were very happy with the decor and size of it. Lovely big comfortable bed, large bathroom with huge shower.|The hotel offer complimentary cake and coffee around 5pm and then around 6pm offer a free glass of wine on the roof terrace. We didn't partake but we did go onto the roof terrace with our own bottle of wine and it is amazing up there. Well worth it. |Breakfast was lovely too, plenty of choice, parties, yoghurts, coffee, toaster, eggs etc||All in all this was an excellent stay.

Great little boutique hotel in the centre of Valletta. Easy walking distance to all the key attractions albeit some hills to negotiate along the way! We stayed in one of the duplex rooms which has a separate entrance and was great giving additional space and a useful kitchenette area.|Breakfast in the main hotel was was very good with an excellent selection of meats, cheeses, fruit etc. |This is a lovely historic building which has a great roof top terrance too.|Our one gripe which prevented us from giving a 5* review was the offer of complimentary dinks at 6pm. Assuming the 19 rooms are full that's potentially 38 guests. Allocating one bottle of red wine and one bottle of white wine between 38 is never going to work unless you serve in thimbles or have the ability to change water into wine. If you are going to position yourself as a higher end boutique establishment do these things properly or not at all.
