Awesome restaurant, 14oz ribeye steak cooks to professional and the trout so crisp outside and moist inside. Be sure to order the strawberry shortcake, our waiter " Michael " recommended. It taste so good. And they have 3 beautiful hosts guide you to our table. And they even brought out our desserts. I can't wait to come back to try other dishes.

Lovely, high end experience in a relaxed atmosphere that's comfortable. The food is all delicious and it's a wonderful place to celebrate. We got the spinach salad with raspberries, goat cheese, and nuts. I got the crispy skinned black cod and my husband got the seafood pasta that was rich with seafood and a little spicy. My cod was perfectly cooked with skin that was toasted crisp and crackly with a wonderful sauce and a bed of creamy decadent beautifully spring green risotto.

The food and drinks LOOK amazing, it’s just disappointing that everything seemed to be missing a little something. The prime rib was cooked to perfection but the spices were missing and the horseradish sauce was missing most of the horseradish. The fried chicken needed more spice, especially when paired with the honey dip. The key lime pie was tangy and tasty. Would have been better without the 1/4 inch of frosting on it. Takes away from the key lime flavor. Staff is very attentive and the place was packed. Pretty good prices all around just felt like the flavors were all missing one key ingredient.

Great spot for fresh fare and a great menu! Had the mussels, baked Brie, the beet tostadas, shishito peppers for appetizers. For my entree, I had the wasabi ribeye and it was really good. Like really good. 10/10 would recommend this place.

An often busy upscale bistro with a great selection of American and local favorites. Reservations are a must on busy evenings, but often a seat at the bar can be found for a party of one or two. Great selection of local beers and an impressive whiskey and tequila selection. Check out the specials and deserts as they often have new items in the rotation. Their burger and fries are one of the better ones in the region.

My family met here from Greeley and Arvada to celebrate my birthday. The atmosphere alone is worth checking this place out! So cozy and inviting, honestly something upscale enough that I’m used to seeing in Denver. As far as the food, I tried a bite of every single persons plate and everything was phenomenal and cooked to perfection. We will definitely be saving this place as a special occasions restaurant! Only con was not having a kids menu for my 8 yr old niece. They can accommodate and make a small pasta dish but we got the fried chicken for her because that’s what she wanted and I like to spoil her lol. Everybody ended up eating off of her dish anyway. 9.5/ 10!

I have had many dinners at 1914 House but tonight was over the top! The best trout ever!!!! I never leave reviews but had to shout this out Phenomenal! Kudos to all❤️

Had dinner with my friends, my 1st time there. It's not a quiet place; but not too noisy. The food was excellent! Nice size portions. Server was extremely busy & not as attentive, but understandable. My friend was charged for an alcoholic beverage that she did not order. Still to be resolved... Highly recommended!!!
