Location is excellent as it is 3 mins walk to Liverpool Train Station. There are eateries and Tesco express just along the street. Unit is clean and warm. Washer and dryer in the unit. Kitchen is equipped with oven, induction cooker and micowave. However user manuals needed to be attached in the unit for reference.

Rooms look quite different to the photos on booking.com but they are spacious and clean. Very comfy beds and lounge seating. Located opposite Liverpool Street station which is very handy. Good range of shops and food outlets very close by makes it an ideal base for visiting London.

Location of the property was great. The room itself was average. Bathroom was small and a bit dated. Furniture in the apartment was adequate but a bit dated. ||Check in was meant to be at 3pm but had to wait for the room to be ready and only checked in at 3:45pm. When I entered the room, there was a lady sitting on the sofa watching the cleaner, and remarked to me “The room is not ready. Not sure whey they let you up”, which I thought was a bit rude.

All in all quite a decent stay. We stayed with 2 people from Friday till Monday. Big plus, the hotel is very central, you got everything you need right next to you: station, groceries, pubs, fast food. Currently they are renovating the lobby which is a full on construction site, so that was not that great but other than this does the hotel look OK. Nothing special or fancy but also nothing too dirty and run down. Same goes for the rooms, obviously the pictures in here are manipulated a bit but overall the vibe fits. It's clean, the furniture doesn't invite you to stay in but it does it's job. You could see in the bathroom that the last renovation was ages ago, some bits of the insulation is damaged but nothing too concerning. One downside was that cleaning was on demand only, I guess it's because of the kitchens etc. Overall it was quite a pleasant stay but there's definitely better places. I'd book again.

We definitely recommend this place. The location is amazing (literally opposite Liverpool Street Station) and despite the premises needing some TLC, we truly enjoyed the 2 nights we spent in the apartment.|Our room, 302, had a beautiful view, was spacious, quiet, and perfect for our needs.|The bathroom is really small and would benefit from an improved ventilation system. |But is the customer service that really made a big difference for us! |Karen assisted us wonderfully and ensured we had an enjoyable vacation, and so did Gotham and the Manager who assisted us when we needed it.|We will definitely stay here again! |Thank you 🙏

Stayed here for 4 nights with my girlfriend. Staff were friendly and always said hello when walking past them. Apartment was very clean and comfy. Great location directly across the street from Liverpool Street Station and loads of food places nearby. Boots and a massive Tesco Express on the same street very useful

Excellent and well located apartments. The negative reviews certainly didn’t resonate. Very clean, comfy bed, good kitchen with a full hob and oven. Mine was a studio and was very spacious, and also had a bath. Fabulous location next to Liverpool Street Station. I also got a late checkout for free which was a bonus.

Bad service from staff. Floded bathroom after shower, broken kitchen utensils and the staf did not give any service.|Problems were not fixed and we were told that all problems have to be emailed but they did not respond to emails. The only respons were "Email will be answered in 24 h"|The location was the only good thing about this appartment

It was nice to have more space by renting this apartment and the location is very convenient transport. I didn't love that it didn't feel that clean (my bedding had some stains) and there was so much noise you could hear throughout the building. I could hear a lot of footsteps from upstairs and almost everything as people passed late at night in the hallway.

I visited from the US and did not know what to expect staying here. However, i was quite surprised (in a good day). Below are some pros and cons of my week long stay! Pros: - Lots of space in the 1 bedroom - Kitchen has mostly everything you need including a dishwasher -There is a washer and dryer, robes, ironing board, hair dryer and ample places to sit. Also a full wardobe with a safe. -Great location! Grocey store right near by with plenty of nightlife. -There's a train station across the street - Bed is very comfortable -Maid service did a great job -Door staff very nice and I felt safe Cons: -You can def hear people above you, but ive heard worse -The shower is nice, but awkward as I had to take the nozzle off to be covered by the water. The water never really got as hot as the sink did. -It was a little drafty in the living room

This is an edited review. Since I first published this, they have very graciously moved me to another room that is much better and everything works! I would definitely recommend this aparthotel, just maybe not room 108. First night here and so far, very unimpressed. The rooms need to be updated for the price you're paying. The kitchen smells odd, like old food or old water. The cooking spatula provided was dirty. There are stains on the walls. There is no towel rack (and therefore no heat source) in the bathroom. When I pulled back the covers to go to sleep, there was a splattering of brown stains on the duvet. Positive things: the staff is very nice and quick to give attention to your questions and the rooms have a washing machine. I probably won't use it, considering the other things, but it's great to have one. The room is also very quiet and the layout is nice. Great location. Definitely not the worst place I've stayed, but I was expecting more. As another reviewer wrote, "the whole place just feels a little bit unclean," which for me is not acceptable.

Stayed here for 3 weeks on business. Location relative to the office can't be beat. About a 5 minute walk. Pros: -24hr concierge who were friendly and helpful. -Liverpool Street Station literally across the street. -KFC, Burger King, McDonald's and Starbucks were a couple minutes away. That's where it ends. Cons: -Hands down the slowest elevator in the UK. I debated calling the front desk and having them press the button as I left the office. -Piping was engineered such that it carries conversations from various rooms and floors below up to the 5th floor (Penthouse) where I was staying. Voyeuristic by nature, the conversations and noises I were privy to were quite disappointing. -Bathrooms are extremely compact for Americans. I was able to sit on the toilet and rest my feet on the bed. To paint a picture, I am legally a dwarf and have a handicap placard in my vehicle to prove it.

I would NEVER stay at this hotel again. Sound asleep, 1 am in the morning on Oct. 5th, one of the management decided that it would be a good idea to unlock my door, walk into my room where I was asleep, turn on the hall light and startle me awake. I know it was management staff because when I called the front desk the man at the desk answered by saying "I am so sorry about it". BEWARE!!!!

I stayed here for four nights with my mum. I arrived on Wednesday and already from the entrance I could see it was a fine hotel. Check-in was quick and the lady (Laura) was absolutely wonderful, friendly and helpful. The hotel room had a fridge, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a TV and a DVD-player, a heater, an iron, a stove, a microwave... It was definitely more than what I was expecting. Nature light came bursting trough the windows. We requested for 'an apartment from the quieter side of the building'. It was nice not to have sounds of people stomping around and jumping up and down. I asked Laura (the lady at the check-in desk) for advice on how to get to Watford Junction Station easily. She gave us the tube map which we didn't have, explained how to get there, wrote everything down on a paper and we got there for only five pounds each. The lift was definitely very slow but it had very little effect on the apartment rating. I felt very safe because there was always someone at the check-in desk and the front doors were always locked and could only be opened with a key card. Pros: - KFC, McDonald's, Burger King, Tesco (grocery store), Pret à Manger, Sushi bars and Starbucks amongst many restaurants, night clubs and pubs only a few minutes away. - Liverpool Street Station also only about five minutes away. - Big, wide windows. - Room cleaning 6 times a week. - 24hr helpful and friendly concierge. - Roomy fridge. - Very comfortable and stylish room design. 30 St Mary Axe (aka The Gerkin) was located I'd say only two minutes away! The whole area was clearly very high class. Cons: - Bathroom's flushing system worked but the handle, that you have to turn to flush, was a bit loose. - A slow and small lift (though this is very usual in the UK if you're staying in an old building). - Maybe I just didn't find it, but no air cooler (and it got rather hot at nights). - My Mac didn't find the WiFi at times, but when it did it worked well. Overall very happy with this apartment hotel thing. I'd definitely recommend it. There was not much noise at nights, considering it IS on Bishopsgate which is full of life especially at nights. Don't get your hopes up too high when sleeping in a hotel, it will never be like at home. But this apartment did well on trying to make it like one.

A nice convenient place to be in the middle of London while in business. I stayed here for several weeks at a time for work in spring & autumn 2015. Pros: - right across Liverpool station - service apartment that has all you need (washer/dryer, full stocked kitchen, closed-in bedrooms, toilet with shower+tubs, close to restaurants, boots, teach, and fitness gym) for an extensive stay - wonderful staff - they are very accommodating within reason. Cons - yes, small slow elevator, but stairs is not so bad to walk up. This is UK, not US-you r lucky that this is not a walk up. - front street facing rooms are noisy - you are in the middle of the city, not the country home. I have been very pleased with this secret spot. For those critical to the place, you are right, keep on passing this place up... To leave more rooms for us who enjoy this place. Cheers!

I'm a little confused by the bad reviews. We stayed here for a night and had no issues at all. We did read the complaints about the noise from the street if your room faces that way so we got a room facing the courtyard. Very quiet and we had a good night's rest. The rooms are quite spacious. Definitely more spacious than a similar type of hotel we stayed at last year. The separate bedroom is a nice size and the living area and kitchen is more than adequate for long stays. The bathroom could be a little bigger though. And yes, the elevator is slow but how it's described in some of these reviews is a clear exaggeration.

Not too bad of a place. There was a weird smell in the kitchen, but it was nice that there was even a kitchen. If you're coming looking for a hotel, you won't find it here. It's nice that the whole apartment is mine but it feels a bit unclean

The apartment was decent. I suppose for the price it was a deal and good for a single couple or some friends. Wasn't great for families. Air conditioning was broken and we didn't get any sleep. Bathroom floor was stained.

Business appartments with modern but cold interior. Quite pricy place. Stayed in one of the lower level rooms towards Bishopsgate street. Could easily follow conversations of people waiting at the busstop in front of the building even with windows and blinds closed. Windows opened or closed doesn't make too much of a difference though. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
