I recently visited a cafe located in the heart of Alexanderplatz, which located in a strategic location for brunch or lunch in Berlin. Ordered for a hot chocolate and a brownie, I found the prices a tad steep at 4 euros each, considering the relatively modest portion sizes. While the flavors were good, they didn't quite reach the level of extraordinary I had hoped for, I've certainly had better elsewhere.
However, the service truly unbelieveble. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, seamlessly switching between German and English with ease. The atmosphere exuded warmth and coziness, perfect for a casual chat or some productivity. I can also purchase coffee powder as well.
One drawback was the cafe's limited space, it could easily become overcrowded during peak hours. If given the option, I'd rate this cafe a 4.5 stars. Overall, while there's room for improvement, it has the potential to become a standout establishment in Berlin.
