If you're on the West Bank and trying to park to get to Carlson or one of the other schools, this one is better than the other one. Make sure you drive in the proper side, it's not immediately intuitive if you're not looking for the directional signs. That's sad, I've had an easier time finding a spot, getting in and out, and then Crossing through the bridge into the building that I have from the other ramp. They know they're in a market, and they charged accordingly for parking. You're not really going to find much cheaper in the area especially if you're going to be there for a while and leaving your car.
