Owner is very helpful and honest when it’s comes to finding a dress that fits me well ! 5 stars for the costumer service and cleanliness

If I could give this store a negative star rating I would. Horrible service. I left a sizable deposit for a dress I pre-ordered for my daughter. I called every few weeks for nearly 6 months to check on the order and was told each time the dress was ordered and being made and would arrive on time. Finally with just 2 weeks to the event the owner admitted to not ordering it. By then it was too late to order it. When I tried to get my deposit back she gave me a hard time and was extremely rude.

BUYER BEWARE: THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY FROM ONLINE ORDERS AND VANISH. THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO PHONE CALLS OR EMAILS.

Great prices & clean store! Was able to get my quince dress and also dresses for my court
