I recently moved into this building and my experience has been excellent from day one. The unit was fully renovated before I moved in and everything was in perfect condition. The location is fantastic, and the staff is friendly, helpful, and always attentive. The amenities and common areas are consistently clean and well maintained.

Ongoing cockroach infestation reported across the Wood St and Carlton St buildings. Pest treatments have been carried out in many units; however, residents continue to report roach sightings. Based on conversations with neighbors and visits to other apartments, this appears to be a building-wide issue rather than limited to a single unit. At the Carlton St location, I have spoken with residents from the 8th floor through to the penthouse, who report sightings of both large and small roaches throughout the building. Conditions at Wood St currently appear somewhat improved by comparison, though the issue has not been fully resolved. Management actions to date have not resulted in a permanent solution. Avoid Carlton St location if possible.

Review for the apartment at 20 Calton & 25 Wood. Awful experience. The building manager (specifically the male) is completely unprofessional and unhelpful in any senses. He became inpatient and very defensive whenever asked for questions about the properties. Noise from renovations is always there. Cleanness is also a concern (bugs in lots places). The management team is fantastic! Always helpful, responsive, and professional. Lydia and the rest of the team go above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. Great service all around:)
