I like this cafe and will definitely go back. I gave them 4 stars as I wanted the honeycomb hot chocolate however I have allergies, so I ask the staff if it contained my allergens and they went to check. They came back and said the ingredients aren’t in English so she can’t read it 🤣 I order a coffee instead. Other then that the staff are really friendly and it’s great place to study though the lighting may be a bit dark if your not using a laptop. The cappuccino is probably one of the best I’ve had and it cost £3.50.

I had a great experience at the coffee shop. The service was delightful, and the lounge had a wonderful layout with many different types of tables for various purposes. I found a quiet corner with its own desk lamp, which allowed me to read and enjoy my coffee in relative isolation. I highly recommend this place.

Very classy coffee joint in the middle of Birmingham. Very close to the train station and Bull Ring. Staff were very helpful and friendly, and the coffee and cake were superb.

My go to coffee place. Lovely Spanish latte. Staff is quite pleasant. Drinks sometimes are a bit inconsistent, specially when it comes to the Spanish latte but I still love the place. Has outside seating which is a plus considering I’m a smoker. Sometimes it fills up quickly tho. Beware of your timings. Food is a bit pricey but I guess you pay both for the brand and quality… Enjoy

Visited during the summer period (around 30 July 2024). Drink and Food were good. However, the air conditioner was broken and has not been repaired yet. Therefore, Overall 2 stars, and 2 stars (services) and 1 star (atmosphere) for the unbearable hot environment. The reason I gave 2 rather than 1 star on the services is that the staff were good (and they earned this cafe 1 more star since I want to give 1 star due to the broken air-con). Merely the broken air con turns all this into a physically unpleasant experience. Too hot to stay for even a little longer while. The air inside this cafe was hot and stuffy. Basically, I found myself sweating if I stayed in the store for over 20 minutes (more far away from the doorway, the more hot and stuffy the air was). For anyone who intend to have chats or use laptops for a while inside this cafe shop, I would not recommend it during this summer period, since the experience inside this cafe would be a disaster (especially if you can not stand hot weather). Please fix and reapply the air-con as soon as possible. I am a regular customer of it and I love this cafe. The staff were welcoming and the overall vibe was good. I really want to choose this cafe rather than other ones. Updates on 20 August 2024: Visited again and gladly found that the air con has been fixed! Yeah! Then would definitely love to recommend this lovely coffee shop! Pleasent vibe and lovely drinks & food. Couldn't expect more. :)

Had a great experience here, absolutely LOADS of vegan options, the hot chocolate was really good and so was the smoothie we ordered

I've always been impressed by the reviews for this venue, so I thought I'd give it a try. The vintage industrial decor is great, the atmosphere is okay, but i felt with most customers on laptops it felt like i was sitting in an office. It's ok if you're professional, but we all need a break from technology sometimes. Maybe they should designate an area specifically for tech heads. The service was below par. I ordered an extra hot latte and hot chocolate with cream. When the drinks arrived, the latte was less than lukewarm, so I asked for a replacement, which unfortunately, was still lukewarm. The server didn't apologise as she handed it over, and I didn't tell her my hot chocolate, though smothered with lots of cream, was also lukewarm. I couldn't finish the drink and we left feeling thoroughly disappointed. This coffee shop really needs to get the basics right.

Ultra busy but lovely food and drink, situated not too far away from Birmingham New Street Railway Station 🚉 - could be a good place to meet someone and quite different from the standard high street coffee shops. £10 for a large cappuccino and a lovely hummus & pepper 🌶️ baguette isn't too bad. 👍😉✔️‼️
