I had a wonderful experience at 200 Degrees Coffee - 12 Lower Temple Street. The café has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing coffee break or a quick meeting in the city. The coffee is absolutely excellent – rich, aromatic, and prepared with great attention to detail. A big plus goes to the staff, especially the baristas Naomi T and Elena, who were extremely kind and professional. Their outstanding hospitality, genuine smiles, and attention to every customer truly make a difference. They make you feel valued and welcome from the moment you walk through the door. I highly recommend this café to anyone visiting Birmingham who wants quality coffee in a pleasant atmosphere. I will definitely be coming back! ☕✨

Great service and lovely Coffee. Was quite busy when I visited but I managed to find a seat. I ordered a Flat White which was brought over to me. It was my first time trying this brand, but it won't be my last.

Comfortably the nicest of the ‘chain’ coffee shops. With the best coffee and nicest most engaged staff. Good range of both coffees and food and a nice atmosphere and great decor. Nice cosy downstairs seating area away from the hustle and bustle of the counter.

The atmosphere of the cafe was so good, especially the matcha latte and pain au chocolat were so delicious. ☕️🥪 If you come to Birmingham, I recommend you to visit. I'm 100 willing to revisit. 🥹❤️

Popped in yesterday morning (around 8.20am) for a coffee and pastry. Lady on the till was absolutely lovely. Perfect customer service and made me feel so welcome and happy in the morning. Such a nice change, as so many coffee shops nowadays seem focused on getting you out the door as soon as possible. The coffee was delicious, pastry too. Student discount means it works out much cheaper than competing coffee shops and with much higher quality coffee. Plus, so so many vegan options here! Will definitely be back soon :)

Absolutely amazing atmosphere! The cafe has such a warm, cosy, and welcoming vibe. We’ve been here multiple times with my partner and the food and drinks are always exquisite — consistently incredible every single visit. It’s 100% worth the money. Ella served us today and she is an absolute star! Her service was outstanding — so friendly, attentive, and genuinely lovely. She really went the extra mile by checking in with us and asking how we found the food and drinks, which made the whole experience even more special. Cannot recommend this place enough — we’ll definitely be back!

Stepping into this café feels like entering a carefully curated artistic space, filled with warm lighting, wooden accents, and vintage-inspired decorations that effortlessly blend modern charm with classic elegance. I brought my own reusable cup and was pleased with how beautifully the barista crafted my flat white—a lovely heart-shaped latte art topped off my drink. The baked goods were invitingly displayed, with a tempting variety of vegan-friendly cakes and pastries, each presented meticulously under glass. Adding to the day’s personal significance, I had brought along some of my own calligraphy pieces to photograph, and the café’s thoughtful aesthetics provided a perfect backdrop. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the overall atmosphere felt cosy, inclusive, and ideal for relaxation or quiet reflection. If you appreciate coffee culture and a visually appealing environment, 200 Degrees Café is a must-visit. It’s not just a café; it’s a little sanctuary in the city, thoughtfully designed for aesthetic pleasure and moments of tranquility.
