We had dinner at 210 Grammi in Trapani and were quite impressed by the elegant atmosphere – the setting is stylish yet relaxed, making it a pleasant place to enjoy an evening out.
Service-wise, things were a bit chaotic at the start. The staff was friendly, but there was clearly a language barrier, which led to two different waiters assisting us simultaneously, often interrupting each other while trying to take our order. It felt slightly disorganized, though always well-meaning.
The starters were a mixed experience: the shrimp cannelloni looked great on the plate but lacked flavor. On the other hand, the mussels in broth were absolutely delicious and packed with taste – definitely a highlight.
For the main course, we had spaghetti with shrimp and caviar and pasta with shrimp and pistachios – both were excellent. Beautifully prepared, well-balanced, and full of flavor.
With water as our only beverage, the total came to around €75, which reflects the higher-end positioning of the restaurant.
All in all, a very good experience with a few bumps in service, but the food made it worthwhile.
