The hotel staff were really nice. Small but delicious breakfast. Rooms were really big, with their own living / sleeping area and it also had a kitchen and mini fridge. My only complaint would be that you can hear all the outside noise from inside the hotel, so the soundproofing isn't great.

Stayed at this hotel over the weekend and it was pretty nice. The hosts were kind, friendly people and check-in and check-out were super smooth. We had breakfast included, and there was a swimming pool, sauna, gym, and room service. The reservation process and the cost per night were accessible and easy to pay. I made my reservation via WhatsApp directly with the hotel, and it’s cheaper that way instead of using booking sites. They were super kind and fast on WhatsApp, and they offered me to pay for one night upfront and the other night at check-in. The pool was really good. We went at noon on Saturday when it was less crowded, and it was warm and big enough for us to enjoy. The sauna was great too, and there were people around to help with the temperature. I used the gym and ran on the treadmill, which worked fine. There was also water available in the gym. Our room had two beds and a big balcony, but it was too cold to use it. It would be perfect in the summer. There was a mini bar with drinks and snacks for purchase, a microwave, utensils, and everything you need if you want to eat in your room. The beds were super comfortable, and the cleaning staff did a great job. The bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, soap, a shower cap, lots of towels, and a bathrobe for the pool. The AC kept the room warm, and there was a TV with cable, though it wasn’t a smart TV. Breakfast was good, but the coffee was too watery for my taste. They sell specialty coffee, which might be better. Breakfast is served between 8am and 11am, so if you get up super early or late, you might miss it. Also, the restaurant is closed because of the low season in Punta del Este, so we had to go out for lunch and dinner, even if you wanted to stay in the hotel. Overall, it was a nice stay with friendly service and good amenities. It was a good experience, and I’d recommend it to others.

An alternative form of hotel on first entering but the rooms (which include a small kitchen) are of a very good size, and well appointed. The balcony was also very large and we had a great aspect in Room 212.|It is quite a walk from the centre of Punta del Este but can readily be walked.|There are also a number of restaurants very close to the hotel, with plenty of choice, and also a convenient supermarket, Fresh Market just a few minutes walk away.|The pool was good, and there is also a sauna - no-one else around when we used them.|We had an issue on departure, when our transfer did not turn up. The reception staff were very helpful indeed in helping us to book an alternative solution for our journey to Colonia del Sacramento.|A great hotel all round

I traveled for work. Breakfast is served as from 8am. Too late. I was at work already. The dining room was closed. Another problem. Being there for business, I had to go out every night to look for a place to have dinner. There is no seating for working in the room ( table and chair or desk). The hotel has no meeting/ business room. To go during summer and enjoy the beach...

I really enjoyed my stay here. My room was very nice and comfortable - with a relaxing balcony in the back and a small kitchen. The indoor pool was relaxing and enjoyable, and there was ample parking. The breakfast was fine, and the staff were pleasant. It's in a great location - near many places but not in the center of the craziness.

Nice place.Reasonable, rooms are fine, not over large, clean but characterless. Staff is very nice and helpful as well as being available 24/7. Pool is indoor only which in summer is not great. Good parking. For the price worth the stay

Not worth it's price. I was told this used to be a great hotel but I think pandemic hit them hard. Dirty room, broken and dirty blinds, worn mattress (has shape of person in center and it's very uncomfortable). The bathroom literally smelled like a dirty communal pool. You can hear everything because the construction and furniture is just cheap. Wifi does not work, so forget about watching Netflix or anything like that. Super small tv, bad quality. Does not deserve to be 4 stars. Only giving 2 stars because the staff was very kind and attentive and because the balcony is really nice. Breakfast was ok.

The hotel is very conveniently located , walking distance from the Shopping Centre. It was good value for money with a Spring promotional rate, especially as we could opt for independence and not pay for breakfast as the apartment has a small kitchen to prepare something basic in the room.||||Best rooms have a balcony and overlook houses and gardens at the back, quieter than overlooking the street. However if there is availability, best to choose block 21 to be far away from neighbouring noisy bars which start playing loud and/or live music late as the weekend approaches. ||||All the staff were very friendly and helpful and a nice touch in reception was the courtesy capsule coffee machine . Internet was fine and the covered parking well located next to reception. And importantly the bed was very comfortable. There is a small heated indoor swimming pool (which we did not use) and adjoining gym. Not much variety in international TV channels, at least for news.
