Minor consideration: Got our drinks 10 minutes after we got our appetizers. The drinks were good. Major consideration: I strongly advise against eating anything here which is crazy since it's a restaurant. The coconut shrimp was fried beyond recognition and so hard it hurt. The buffalo cauliflower was so mushy that one press of the fork and it was more like watery mashed potatoes. Even the greens it was served with were wilted. I'm embarrassed to say we ate it but we were hungry, but I paid for that decision for the next few hours. I suspect that they respectively came out of a frozen box and bag. I don't know how to explain their condition any other way.

Good food and prices for brunch. I had an omelette which comes with toast and home fries. It was a lot of food and the home fries were delicious. Tea and juices were also reasonably priced. Service was good and the food came out pretty quickly.

A fancy diner by Fort Tryon Park and the Cloisters. It has basic food served in a casual upscale atmosphere if you know what I mean. The Park View has a great location in Inwood close to lots of cool stuff. Prices are high. You expect it but it's still too much even though it's pretty good for the most part. After checking out Fort Tryon Park and the Cloisters for a few hours we were crazy hungry. In a nice location just across the street is this cafe serving upscale diner type food such as burgers and salads. The menu for the most part is meaty, but there's stuff for vegetarians. Also cocktails. They have some fine ones. I had a Sidecar, a classic. It's $12 for a fairly small pour. This is made with cognac, lemon, and Triple Sec. Certainly this was very good. Unfortunately it wasn't enough for the high price. Speaking of high prices, there's the food. We each had the Black Bean Vegan Burger because it was the cheapest vegan thing to eat here. It's $14.50 for a pretty good sized burger. This comes with lettuce and tomatoes. It's on a pita. This comes with the choice of fries or salad. It was pretty good if kind of crumbly. The burger just shouldn't have cost quite as much. Fairly good food. It just has too high prices. There's places that are just as good and much cheaper very close by this.

This was my first time at Park View. It was a Friday at 10:15am. I ordered the French Toast with a side of pork sausage. It took 30 minutes from when I stepped through the door to when I received my meal. It's quite understandable since there was one waitress working eight tables. I enjoyed my meal while listening to Prince and Redbone. There was a powered down television on the wall. My French toast was not as fluffy as I have experienced in most other places, which is their style as I understand, plus the texture was tough and lacked much of any taste. The only saving grace was the maple syrup. I'm glad I ordered the sausage which had some flavor at least.

Can you tell this is my favorite brunch spot? Lol. The experience I feel while eating here can be summed up to one word, tranquil. Im not sure if its the jazz playing in the background but its a good addition to what the space has going on. Since the only option is to pay with cash, it left me some room to be more conscious of my experience. Bringing a book along or my laptop to get some work done, tied everything in with a sense of productivity with ease. Now the food. I was a huge steak and egg gal and use to love it. Now my diet has changed but I would still recommend it to anyone. The Go Green Omelet is my go-to. Very filling on its own without touching the home fries. But then why wouldn't you touch them?? They rock my socks (if i have any on that day). A potato in any form is my best friend. The grilled cheese are not that basic and neat. Pls pls pls try the tomato soup. I don't even like soup too much but both of these paired together seems truly divine. The mimosa are cool too. The coffee is one of the underrated talents of this place. They do it all. Ask for "un Cortadito". Its my fav!

The waiter with short hair and glasses was very rude from the moment we were seated, she was unwelcoming and displayed a rude demeanor, which set a negative tone for the rest of our time there. Her unfriendly attitude made the atmosphere uncomfortable for the duration of our meal. Apart from the rude service, they took a long time bring out just our drinks even though the restaurant was not busy at the time.

This is my second time in this place. And I honestly do not understand the bad reviews , the 2 times I've been here staff has been very friendly , quick with my drinks and food. The cocktail and cappuccino were really good ! I guess my only minor complaint is that the French toast weren't fluffy , pretty flat but tasty ! You pay for what you get, and you get big portions .

Um, horrible Cuban Sandwich. Just payed $20 ($2 tip) for cuban to go. More cheese than sandwich, no pickles, and a few small sprinkles of pork. Like I actually thought "maybe the forgot the ham" .Cheese does not a sandwich make. Fool me once. Good for coffee and a scone. Sorry guys.

Came here on Sunday around 10am with a friend. When we arrived, it was not busy. We placed our order 5-10min after our arrival. Everything was going as expected, we began to catch up listening to the sound of the coffee being made and watching people walking in. After a while without coffee, we told a waitress about it. She went to the back to check what was the hold up and came back to tell us there was an error with our drink order. She didn't give an update on our food. We decided to wait a little longer but after 5min we decided to leave(after almost an hour just sitting and waiting) and head to a local diner where we were promptly seated and fed within 15min.

To say "the least" is an understatement. I was hype about getting some takeout from here since there are nothing but rave reviews on Google and Yelp. Many items on the menu stood out to me and literally had my mouth watering. I went with the skirt steak and mashed potatoes, and the chicken parm with fresh mozzarella and tomato sauce. The steak I was served would literally have me suspend you if I was the owner and you were my "chef". When I called to place the actual order, and I asked for the grilled skirt steak, they did NOT even ask me how I would like the steak done. Red flag! He just asked what else I wanted. I had to tell him I wanted it well done. PLEASE see the picture for yourself of the raw bloody steak on a watery bed of bland mashed potatoes! What goes through someone's head when serving something like that? Did you just grill it for 30 seconds and say "Yup, that will do!" And just plop it right on the mash potatoes? The chicken parm was better; the portion was huge but it lacked tomato sauce and flavor-- like it literally had no flavor, not even a pinch of salt. When I called about my order, they were willing to replace my steak meal, but I was already in the Bronx. They, then, offered me a $25 credit for the steak meal. *** I tried to redeem the $25 credit today and the guy on the phone was very unprofessional and rude; he told me that he would call the manager and call me back-- that was over two and a half hours ago and no call.

I've given this place several opportunities but they have gone from opening as advertised to opening when they feel like it. The portions have gotten smaller and prices have gone up.

This is an update review. I came here today for breakfast I think this place is underrated I been here about 4 times now. Luckily for me every time I have been here I have received great service. Sometimes for lunch it can get busy so the food takes a little longer to come out. Today it was very fast service. We started of right with some Bellinis they were delish! This is a nice chill spot to just catch up and talk. I love the create your own omelette it comes with a side of your choice I picked the home fries. The portions are huge. I Can't wait to try out the free comedy shows on Saturday nights. This place is very much needed in the neighborhood. Also very important something I learned the hard way its a "CASH ONLY" restaurant.

The food was pretty good and I really enjoyed the ambiance of the place, but the best part was definitely the waiter! Spoke to us about his daughters and the life of a dad as I was out with my sisters and my dad for breakfast. Overall would return, maybe for lunch to see how their lunch options shape up!

From my September visit, here's my experience in only so much detail . The short version : Inexperienced staff , superbly subpar food, both for the price and considering quality of ingredients (during the meal). We walk in on a Sunday brunch, party of 3. We waited a few minutes for a table. Looking around, there seemed to be 2 servers who were either clueless about hospitality or actually just new to working in a busy restaurant, and another older server who seems to be in charge. At the very least, this isn't her first day. . We start with drinks. When I asked the woman (one of the younger ones) what type of coffee beans they used, she seemed to not know that coffee comes in bean form at some point, which also leads me to the conclusion that their coffee isn't freshly ground and the waitress is, well, frankly inexperienced. In the end, she showed me a picture on her phone of the coffee bag. We managed to order pretty quick. Our order was sizable, as we were 3. We waited maybe about 30 minutes before our first appetizer arrived. During this time I saw a 2 dudes waiting to be sat, waiting almost 10 minutes for menus, ordering, and then receiving their food FIRST. This was before we had even given our appetizers. (I work in the industry, so will admit us waiting could simply be a printer error, I don't know what their setup is back there. ) We then received our apps, and the rest of the food followed very shortly after. The cheese in the grilled cheese was good, but I can't accept the fact that they are charging what they charge for a grilled cheese only to serve it on white bread. That is truly a culinary offense. The tomato soup tasted quite pre-made, as if it were canned. Still, it was edible. The pancakes were another disappointment. Well cooked but bland, needing to be carried by the extremely sweet syrup they leave at the table, which, quite frankly, may have just been Aunt Jemima's. Again, for the prices they charge, this is offensive. We got an omelette to share, and it tasted like low quality yolks you get from the deli or McDonalds. I personally, could only finish the grilled cheese and he coffee [which was actually really delicious]. This was my time at The Park View. I would not eat here again, as the coffee was the only thing that was worth the time, and I advise you to consider other places to spend your money.

Very yummy! Will be back. Service was good and the brunch was lovely! They played vintage Saturday morning cartoons which was a cute touch to a Saturday brunch

After walking past 6 different restaurants in Inwood, as none of them seemed appealing, we took a chance on The Park View and were not disappointed! Heads up this place is cash only! The inside of the restaurant is dimly lit and had decent air conditioning, which was great considering yesterday was one of the hottest days of the month. We arrived as a group of four. Two members of our group ordered a glass of Rose, another just a Diet Coke, and I had a bottle of hard ginger beer. I've only had regular ginger beer before, but I really liked the alcoholic ginger beer, the alcohol didn't take away from the spice of the ginger, and was very refreshing. I had a sip of one of my friends glasses of rose and it was very delicious. I am unsure as to which brand of rose they serve, but as someone who doesn't normally like Rose wine, I found this one to be delightful. We ordered chips and guacamole to share for the table. Their guacamole is very chunky, with chunks of tomato in it as well. For my entree, I had the grilled chicken sandwich that came with a side of fries. It might have been the best chicken I ever had. The sandwich was grilled chicken with sun-dried tomatoes, sliced mozzarella, pesto mayo, on an olive bread. The flavors complemented each other beautifully and everything tasted very fresh. My friends who each ordered something different had said that their meals were good too! I also appreciate that when I asked for a different dipping sauce other than ketchup, our waiter gladly brought me a small dish of ranch. The ranch was very good, it must of been homemade, because it did not taste like a grocery store brand and wasn't thick and chunky like other ranch dressings I've had before. If I am in Inwood again, I will definitely have dinner at The Park View. I am very pleased with the service and the quality of their food and beverages!

We've come here multiple times for brunch. We live in the neighborhood and have recommended this restaurant to others many times. Today was an awful experience that may lead us to never come back. The waiter was rude and unaccommodating. I order a turkey burger and was asked "how would you like it cooked?" The turkey burger was a brick. I returned it to the kitchen. We received zero apology. I ordered another item that took at least 20 mins to arrive. Again no apology. Never asked if we needed anything else. I asked multiple times for a bowl or cup of water for our dog. It never came, so I gave her my glass of water to drink from and was yelled at by said waiter for "glass on the ground." We are trying to support all neighborhood restaurants during this time to help them stay afloat, but I will never come back to this place after today.

Ive been here for about 30 mints. The server didnt even ask me if I wanted to have something to drink, I ordered a drink, a busboy asked me for my id unfortunately I left it, so I said to him that I can show him a picture, he just SAID NO. So rude and a bad bad service never seen this before .

A calming haven in the heart of a hectic city. Park street view is more than meets the eye with its warming environment and diverse menu. *Note that you can only pay with cash here. I ordered the BBQ pork sliders and they were over-sauced. The sauce on it was too sweet and tangy. I would not get them again. Good concept but poor execution. Another issue I had with this place is the service. The servers seemed to be looming over my shoulders and the bar tender was not friendly. Everyone seemed to be obsolete to my need for service. And the bar tender seemed to be too occupied on his phone. If you're in the neighborhood this place is definitely worth a shot. The food was not the best, so I would not come here if you are looking for a meal. It's a great place to calm down or to enjoy time indoors on a cold rainy day.

I was a fan of park view a million years ago before they remodeled. Then, I was a fan post-remodel in the new hipster trendy vibes. However, a COVID fan? Dunno. Here's why: Ordered delivery. They waited for the delivery guy to show up (30 min after order), then had HIM call me and tell me they didn't have one of my items and ask if I wanted to change it. I changed it and asked how long..."5 minutes." 20 minutes later delivery guy is still waiting. I call Park View...they say, "he just left." I call the delivery guy "I am literally still standing in the restaurant." (I will translate here: Park View phone guy lied). 20 minutes later, he finally gets my updated food and is on his way. 80 min after my order, my food arrives... The issues don't stop there. I originally ordered a waffle with strawberries...they were out (not sure how that happens, as they could still make pancakes, but I digress). I changed to pancakes and strawberries. They sent pancakes and fried chicken. I am vegetarian. No strawberries were to be found. The food was really tasty, but it doesn't excuse the above. Overall, between the lying about my order, sending chicken to a vegetarian, and the extreme delay (it was 10 minutes past the latest possible delivery), this gets one star. There were so many things that could have mitigated this situation; and, so that this can be a learning experience, here are two: 1.) If you are out of waffles...call me when you get my order so I can tell you what I want to replace it with. Don't wait 30 minutes to do so. Operations nightmare here. 2.) Don't lie when I call and ask where my food is after an hour. Just say, "So sorry, we're busy and we had to replace an item in your order. We will get it out as soon as we can! Thanks for your business, oh and Happy Valentines Day" (and maybe: "oh, by the way, are you vegetarian? we were going to throw some fried chicken under your pancakes as a mea culpa. You are?! Glad we asked, that would have been embarrassing.") Tasty food though.

I can finally give a review I feel will be fair. I've been here a couple times and always enjoyed the different aesthetic compared to all the other restaurants and bars on the strip. Rustic with art on their walls, wood tables and a great playlist. Waiters are always very kind and don't hover over you or your food. The first two times here I ordered the Veggie Burger. Both times I regretted it deeply. It was probably the worst veggie burger I've had. All I can say is that I learned my lesson and changed it up the next time I visited. By all means, if you're into it go ahead and try the veggie burger but I'm sure there are other more appetizing options if you seek a plant-based meal. This place is so nice I've willingly given 2nd chances and even 3rds. This time around I ordered a Grilled Cheese which comes with a very delicious Tomato Soup and a small Salad. Order this! The tomato soup was very well made, not too acidic or overbearing. Smooth. The grilled cheese was good (oily but what can u expect). They def serve you cheese if you ask for cheese. And the spinach salad along with the pickles was a great kick for the soup. Give them a try!

I love the parkview. I come here about twice a week. For drinks or breakfast! It's a nice and quite place. I've never had a bad experience at all. The staff is super nice and attentive. It's never loud and it's just the perfect ambiance. You can get to sit outside (it's a pet friendly area). Ps. This place is cash only!

Bad service, waited an hour for a burger, forgot several items - i didnt even remind them they forgot it because I just wanted to leave

Good Food, Horrible Service. Waiter wasn't awful but wasn't as attentive either. Definitely won't be my go to Breakfast/Brunch Resturant. I usually don't write reviews but this little place has potential if the owners hire servers who look like they have a passion for hospitality. Definitely won't be back there anything soon.

Love this place. Wide variety of options on Menu. Great wine, big pours. Dimly lit intimate feel. Food is super good. Had the steak sandwich. This is my second review so they're consistent!

A very chill/laid back vibe during a weekend day. Note- this place is cash only. I ordered a Kobe burger with fries and enjoyed the meal. The burger was very soft and juicy, very lightly seasoned (I added salt to the burger and fries). It was definitely a huge portion. Some of the other customers ordered grilled cheese and soup which looked amazing. The smell of coffee was comforting. Staff was very kind and attentive. Will keep this place on my list to visit again!

TL;DR: This place is a hard pass. My partner and I decided to stop here for lunch, after her previous good experience. The restaurant was relatively empty on a Saturday post-lunch and pre-dinner. The server who greeted us gave us the option to sit anywhere we wanted. Being that it was a cold day, we opted to sit in the back and to our dismay and disgust, the area SMELLED LIKE POO. Granted, there was a bathroom nearby, but the fact that the smell permeated into the dining area and into our nostrils was literally not okay. When we moved seats, and told the server that the area smelled like the bathroom, he said, "I know." So like, if you know, why do you have a table there and let people sit there. I feel like this should go without saying, but we were too disgusted to finish our food. Plus, it was cash only. Not going back. I wanted to give 2 stars so I wasn't THAT person, but I can't even think of why I could, so 1 star it is.

Came in the morning to order Take Out at the bar. The server was responsive but over all, my experience was 3 stars. I ordered a black bean wrap with avocado on the side for $15. Why a 3 not 5 stars; - $4.50 for side of avocado (1/2 avocado) That's a bit wild. -Only Cash - Overall food was filling and tasty

The Park View has excellent coffee. I have stopped in twice recently for coffee - once to stay, and once to go. When I stayed, I got a latte with almond milk. The presentation was beautiful (all about that latte art ;]), and the brew was smooth and nicely caffeinated. I paired it with the chocolate croissant and that made my morning! When I stopped in just for a quick cup to enjoy during my train ride to work, I got a regular brew with almond milk. Again, amazing! I don't know what their roast is, but I enjoy it a lot - and I'm picky. I have not eaten at the Park View in some time, but I do remember that service can be somewhat inconsistent. It's never been terrible enough to stop me from coming, though. I love the view of Fort Tryon Park from this restaurant, and the ambiance is lovely! Will re-review when I stop in for a bite to eat.

Rotten strawberries in the fruit salad. Reported to the health department. Is this like a specialty in Inwood? This is legit the third place that has served me rotten strawberries in the past month.

Well...we used to come here alot before the remodel. Loved the place. Tried after they reopened and disappointed: Goodbye! Went this morning to check it out and support local. Well, odd indeed. Ignored as they set up- the only customers! Asked for coffee refills, told "we don't do refills!" OK if the brew is $1, but this is $2.75 for a little mug! NO REFILL! Of course "only cash" is ridiculous in this era! That's it, they're OFF the list. Too bad. Put it back the way it was before the redo and you'll see us again!

I like this place. They have great coffee, and I usually grab a couple to go while my partner and I walk our dog. However, the difference in service between us sitting down for a full meal and grabbing a to go coffee is staggering. For the full meal, they're very attentive and prompt, but for just coffee, they drag their feet. I'm writing this review because I was left waiting in the outside seating area for almost half an hour in the rain this morning for just a coffee, with no updates or explanations. Not even when the server saw me leaving did I get any sort of communication as to where my coffee was or why I had to wait so long. I left when the rain started getting heavy, and went next door to Starbucks. I would have appreciated at least an update or explanation of some sort. Communication is key.

Great service, tasty coffee/drinks, delicious food. What more do you need? Our kids spilled hot chocolate everywhere and the staff were quick to help and didn't make us feel bad. This place is consistent, fast, and just really good. Thanks for treating us so well!!!

Eggs were cold. Not impressed with the waiter. He never cleared the table when we said we were done. Waited too long for the check.

So sucky service. I mean bad. After sitting with an empty cup for 15 minutes I decided to ask someone for more coffee. I was informed that they don't give free refills. That's fine, even though I was in the middle of brunch. But then I had to say I was willing to pay for a second cup. Also, how about closing the door after people walk in? It's January!!! The food was OK but not good enough to overcome really piss poor service. I am never coming back.

Okay, I thought I wouldn't come here again, but decided to give this place another try. I visited for lunch and was pleasantly surprised by the service and food. I wish I remembered the name of the gentleman who waited our table, because he was a delight (5/17/19 around 2pm). We were seated almost instantly and our food was excellent. I had the turkey burger and holy moly! It was SO GOOD. The caramelized onions were phenomenal and the brioche was perfect. The patty was charred to perfection and the fries were amazing. My boyfriends omelette was great, no complaints from him. So happy that we gave this place another try and we'definitely be back.

Just barely edible. We came here after a light rain shower and the server was not interested in wiping off the outdoor table and chairs for us. It took a spell to order from our server who was clearly not interested in working that day. After ordering the food came in a timely manner and was missing an entire entree - for our toddler son. We ordered two chicken and waffles and the Kobe burger. All the breading completely fell off both chicken breasts, the waffles were hard and the overall quality of the entree was just "meh". Same for the Kobe burger - not much too it - not even cheese - you have to pay extra for that. As for our toddlers food - the chicken strips - they finally came 3/4 of the way into our meal and they were burnt. They also were not very good at all - tasteless. And for the final touch, they tell us at the end that they don't take cards and I had to walk across the street to bank. $70 for over fried chicken and waffles , grease sopped and over fried chicken strips and a Kobe burger that could've come from a freezer section and $1.50 slice of some kinda cheese on it...

Loved it! Came by with some friends for a Sunday Brunch and was really impressed. Food, drinks & service was great! Will definitely re-visit soon! The ginger twist is a must try!

Came here for breakfast with a friend today. Very nice quiet ambiance. I got the French roast w over easy eggs and ham and it was delicious. I added fresh strawberries and bananas to my French toast because why not? I never finish my food but today I did. The French toast is nice and fluffy not too sweet, not dry at all. The food comes out pretty quick too. My friend built her own omelette. By the time we were finished we couldn't move. Would definitely come back for breakfast. Wasn't pricy either. This place only takes cash by the way, so make sure you come ready with your dollar bills.

Wasn't a fan of the espresso but I tasted the mocha and that was particularly delicious. Very cute decor and the ambience was also very relaxing.

I loved this place. I have fond memories of when it was just a typical diner and was thrilled by its renovation. I've been a regular customary over the years but I don't think I can afford it any more. Park View's food - in its present incarnation - has always been good, but just a little bit above my comfortable price point. It seems not quite right for two people to have coffee, eggs, potatoes, toast, and bacon and leave paying close to $40. The one good bargain they had left was their happy hour, in which their fine selection of beers and wines were all $5 a glass. The regular happy hour ends M-F at 7:00, so if you work downtown you're not likely to be able to take advantage of it. However, those happy hour prices used to be applied on Saturdays and Sundays after 9:00 PM. This was great for their Saturday night stand-up comedy show or if you found yourself in need of alcoholic fortification against Sunday evening blues. I learned just the other day that they have ended the weekend late-night happy hour, and now I don't really know how or when it will be worth my while to go back. I know how the economics of F&B businesses work, but the drink prices are just a bit too high for me. $9-12 for a single glass of wine (when I know full well how much the same bottle costs at PJ Wine's up Broadway) is just too steep for me and my budget. Park View briefly hosted Geeks Who Drink trivia on Thursday nights. I went once and only once, not in the least because it didn't start until their happy hour ended and the full price menu was just beyond my capacity. I don't foresee myself returning to Park View except maybe for the odd breakfast once or twice a year with friends.

We stopped by here on a whim for lunch after another place had a wait and I am so glad we did. There's no sign out front so I hadn't noticed this place before, but it is truly a hidden gem. The atmosphere is cozy and hip. The server was incredibly fast, nice, attentive and accommodating. And the food was delicious-- I got the portobello sandwich and it was soooo good. Obsessed with the olive bread sandwiches. It looked like they had a full coffee bar and a nice breakfast menu, too! Will definitely go back.

I love the Park View! I've been a customer since 2013 and can I just say they have delicious perfectly sweeten sweet potato fries. Their turkey club sandwich is tasty and filling. Whenever I order for delivery my food is always warm and on time! Its the first unique gem in this area in my opinion.

Only fall about park view is that cash only part especially if your on the week that you're living on your credit card! Lol but the food is always a hit! And the beer and wine selections are great! It's a quiet scene, a good place for good convo and even doing work from my laptop.

This is a cash only business, cash only! We came for a healthy snack after spending some time in the neighborhood. The restaurant ranked pretty high in this site and my girlfriend said they have good salads, so we came. We were greeted as soon as we looked around and wondered where to sit. The restaurant is 80% empty when we arrived. After getting the menu and water, I spent 2 mins and we have decided what to get. The girl who handed us menus was behind the bar looking at her phone. And there's no one at the bar. So she bartends as well as waiting us and host us, we can establish that. It's 8 pm on a Saturday night. The food came in a timely fashion, not fast but timely. My cob salad looks freshly prepared but the avocado is not, and the bacon bits were too dry that they are not delightful on a salad plate, they were edible, but not delicious at all. For the price of 14$ I cannot make the same mistake by getting this salad here again. In short, the food is not great, the service is almost non existent and I had to run out to an atm after the meal. Everything speaks mediocrity to me and the cash only policy is just the last straw to inspire this negative review. Ps. The quinoa salad was excellent according to my girlfriend, she's a reasonable critic and she rates the salad 5/5. But The sliders were cooked to medium well when it's ordered medium.

Will never be ordering from this cafe again! I can't remember the last time I received such terrible customer service in this area. My coworkers and I are appalled and disgusted by this establishment's disregard for providing customers with quality meals and its unwillingness to remedy the situation. I placed an order for chicken fingers. Instead I received an assortment of oddly-shaped nuggets burnt to a crisp on a bed of soggy, warm lettuce. After calling back to place a complaint and get a replacement, I was told it would arrive shortly. I work about a block away from the cafe and I am still waiting for the order. The replacement never arrived! I called a third time asking to speak to a manager and no one was available to receive feedback. I understand lunch time can be busy for these places, but basic menu options like chicken fingers cannot be butchered this bad.

Normally I give it he Parkview good reviews. Last night I ordered the chicken sandwich which the menu stated comes on an olive roll--and the way I've always expected and enjoyed it. It arrive din a tiny Italian roll cut in half with made a meal about half the size it usually is, less chicken, less everything. There should have been a courtesy call to inform me it would be served differently than normal. My partner got a hamburger which has always come with little pickles, tomato slice and a small salad. Last night ot came with none of those things. Last night was very disappointing and I hope Covid or no Covid that this is not the direction the Parkview is headed down.
